I would not recommend at all. I received two emails from Gena. I replied I was interested and no response. I phoned the office and they stated she was out of the office and transferred to her voicemail. Did not receive a call back. I will say they were rude and honestly just super annoying to work with. Their admin Jenny was the most meanest and abrupt person to work with. She called me on weekends and texted about roles. They were trying to give a lower salary. They won't advocate for women. They also are overly pushy. If you want your mental health to be ok, I would never waste your time with these people. These guys work for the employer first and will lowball quality candidates on compensation and work satisfaction. Horrible service. Agreed about Eddie, he has no idea what He is doing and when he did call he did not have any details about the job pretty much at all. Initially I had said yes to the position and the more I kept finding out about it, the more I knew it was not a good fit for me or for the people looking to hire a temp. I was made to feel very guilty, even though it was literally 5 minutes from a yes and 15 until I got the breakdown of the job, I was the only person they had and I already committed, doing that. I was also promised several calls and set aside time I did not have and guess what, no call or walk through. FYI guilt trips do not work on me, and I am the hardest worker especially when I commit. The original interview from guierrmo was just as bad. Had to repeat myself a million times, took the time to send reference emails, times avail, etc and they were quote on quote never received, even though they were on the same thread. Super disorganized, maybe this is not the case from everyone that works there, but these two were very disappointing. They need a temp to teach them how to be organized and learn people skills. I decided to take the 2 hour job and the owner of the company I was temping for called me to give me a walk through who was truly amazing. The following day we had the fires, my kids wound up having no school, and it was time to get ready just in case we had to evacuate. The owner called me and said the job was cancelled and to stay safe, which I was going to do anyway because the day before the owner said safety is most important, not this job and to keep her posted. Never heard a thing from Eddie or the Robert half office. FYI talking super fast so a person cannot think so they commit or using the guilt trip on a person is not a way to do business. That to me is taking advantage of a person and I really don't want anything to do with it. Would never recommend this Company or at least these two people. read more

Get ready for an awkward review, because they've created some very awkward situations! I haven't registered with them (A huge bone to pick, apparently), but a prospective employer uses Office Team to do their testing, so that's how I ended up there. First, they did not call at least me back (I don't know about other candidates) during the time frame, so one awkward call later, the employer's HR person had to straighten it out. When Office Team did call, they started trying to onboard me immediately, even though it was clear that I was just doing the testing for an employer (It's not a temp-to-hire situation; whoever they hire would never be on Office Team's payroll). They said they'd send a confirmation email that never showed up. Then, when I went in for the test, more onboarding! They wanted a resume, and they wanted me to meet with someone in their office after the testing. I told them again that I was not interested, which went over like a lead balloon. They put another person in testing for the same position through the same rigmarole; he seemed to find it as bizarre and offputting as I did. I've worked for a lot of temp agencies, including a branch of Robert Half in another state, and I know they're supposed to be pushy. But this was excessive, regardless of how I personally feel about trying to browbeat people out of a "No." It gives the impression that they are using their clients to pad their own roster, and it does those clients no favors in terms of image. It's an unprofessional ways to behave, and if I didn't know a fair bit about my prospective employer beforehand, it would have been at least a yellow flag. When you combine the pushing with the lack of calls and emails, it's not a professional picture. I'm honestly, genuinely worried about whether or not the test results will all make it back to the employer, not out of malice, necessarily (Though the folks over there do get short when you don't want to register with them), but because a lot managed to fall through the cracks in the span of five days. Trying to complete a skills test on behalf of a paying client of Office Team's felt more like trying to leave Comcast than anything else. That's...not good. The whole experience was awkward and I'm floored that the team over there sees, apparently, no problem with grifting applicants off their paying clients. read more

First and foremost, I would like to say that the Office Team/Robert Half is great! From onboarding all the way up to the benefits team, they are just wonderful! I started temping with back in June of 2016, I was then converted to permanent in January 2017. It took longer than normal, due to the employer having problems. My representative Guillermo Jalomo was super transparent with me about the position, the process, and was always looking out for my best interest. He knew what I was looking for in a job/career field and put me in a position that fit me well. Guillermo and I communicated on a regular basis and he was always available to me. Shortly after I converted to permanent, the company made a huge change and decided to closed it's doors after 17 years. Once again, no fault to Office team/Robert Half, but I was able to reach out to Guillermo and his team and once again they were on another hunt to place me in the right position that fit my needs. I took about a month off from working and now I'm back working on an assignment with Office team. Guillermo and his team are responsive,professional, communicate very well and are always looking out for my best interest in heart. The best part is they are transparent and will not lead you into a position that they do not think fits you. Out of any temp agencies that I've reached out to or have connected with. Great experience. I got my full time career almost instantly. I went in for an interview on a Tuesday afternoon, and they sent me out for full-time work the next morning. I am a business finance graduate and they placed me with a great company that I enjoy working with. After a month of working at the company they offered me a full time salaried position with benefits. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. There should be a zero rating. They have no respect for your time, they will never call you, they offer the chapest rates for any job cateogry. They don't have a job to offer you. You are just a piece of inventory for them. Their job postings has the lowest possible rate for whatever job you are doing! They ask you to dress as if going for the interview, when they want to meet with you to waste your time, they ask you for all your identification documents including Social Security cards, passport, etc. they make you go through lengthy online application which takes a long time to fill out, and after all the time and effort you put in, and the interview with them, they never call you for any real job interview. I I had done all the above, and never heard back from them. I decided to send out my resume on my own directly to 100 random companies, and got three job interviews and two offers of employment at higher rates than what these agencies were offering on their job postings. read more
