I found them to be too pushy for my liking and constantly tried to get me to take jobs far away or beneath my desired pay scale. The recruiter I worked with more or less ceased offering me job slots after I refused a job interview HE thought was great. I ended up finding a job on my own. A few months later, my "contact person" at Leddy called me up at home, and the conversation went like this: "Hi J., this is *so-and-so.* I just wanted to let you know that I'm not working at Leddy Group anymore, but on my way out, I grabbed your client file and a few others, and I'm gonna use them to start my own temp business. Call me!" Can you say shady? Needless to say, that was the last that Leddy group will ever see or hear from me.
