Giving them one-star is generous. If you like to be ignored and no calls returned, this is your place. They do not return calls and do not have any work. When they do have a job, it is low pay. Do not use them. No return calls, they ghost you and are unprofessional. They have deteriorated as a company over the years. Save yourself a lot of headaches and time. Find another agency who will be responsive and at least have jobs. read more

Andrea was the first to call me after my position was eliminated. Very professional and she will definitely work in your behalf. I had the fastest turn around after losing a position in my 30 year career. Andrea and Robert Half ROCK! read more

Andrea Cash goes above and beyond her call of duty. She is an absolute delight to work with. Knowledgeable, relatable and such an asset to RH! read more

Andrea and Ethan are the absolute BEST EVER!! They are always putting their clients first, and always working hard to find employment for their clients. I strongly recommend anyone in need of a job, to reach out to Ethan and Andrea/Robert Half as a whole. They have been assisting me for years, and I absolutely love them. Robert Half as a whole has been GREAT!!! They are top notch!!! read more

By far one of the top two most worthless efforts in a recruiting firm that I have ever seen. Has not followed up even once. Is unfprofessional with ridiculous assumptions without asking questions. This is on the financial services placement side. read more

Last summer while everyone was lounging on the beach, I was stressing over my next paycheck. For seven months, I somehow survived on doing freelance, renting out to couchsurfers, tutoring, using savings and with help from my family. But I knew I didn't want to be this way forever. So I stumbled upon the Swedish House Mafia song Dont You Worry Child and listened that thing to death everyday all day in September while filling out resumes. I made the mistake of jumping ship from my career and applying to jobs in completely different industries. Nothing fit me. None at all. Fed up with the last employer, I saw an ad in the paper for Robert Half and decided to apply. The very next day I got a call back. Hooray! The recruiter Kevin was very enthusiastic about my resume and was excited to meet me. And the way he talked, I felt treated like a star. It was really different from how the usual applicant process went with being treated like a number. Not only does Robert Half get to know their recruits, they also know their clients. The client they recruited me for they had done business with before. (The last guy they recruited looks like he's related to Brad Pitt, by the way. Lol.) Anyway, a few weeks ago, after a few months as a temp, I was finally inducted as a permanent employee in a place where I enjoy working!! I guess Heaven really did have a plan for me. Haha. read more

Love this company!!! My life saver!!! While I waited on a position and was told I will start work on this such and such date from so many other temp services. I get a call that it has been pushed back. I called Robert Half spoke with Andrea and Ethan and got a full time position with great pay the very next day! Thank you all so much! read more

I must stress that Robert Half Technology is the same company that handles other industries, the title should be changed to Robert Half Staffing Agency. But anyway, my experience was very poor in that though I have completed ten hours' worth of self-training under the guidance of one of their employees via SkillSoft as well as passing hosts of assessments on-line via ProveIt and their own assessment tools under the guidance of another recruiter. I still could not get a single response as to whether or not any of the positions I've applied for in the span of five months have been filled. I even completed on-boarding which very few applicants actually complete as well as clearing an extensive background check through another recruiter in Chicago (G-D bless her soul). I can never get through this agency with basic questions even if I'm being incredibly humble and polite. They blow you off when given the chance and they don't actually fill positions which runs in contradiction to the company being a STAFFING AGENCY. And to make matters worse, they even discriminate against others like me for thinking I was Indian. Many of the positions found on their website are clearly entry-level positions ranging from the 10.00 to 15.00 USD per/hour range requiring no formal experience. College graduates should be flooding their servers with resumes but they don't. They're working fast-food and retail down in St. Johns Town Centre. However, I do like their job offerings though compared to Adecco Staffing. Adecco is ten times worse as a staffing agency in Jacksonville, and I wouldn't bother applying there if I were you. Randstad USA is the only good staffing agency for those who don't specialize in IT, period. And if any of you ever need to report discrimination or to just submit a complaint, here is an e-mail to Quality Assurance in Corporate (quality.manager@roberthalf.com). They do in fact read it and they will in fact act upon your complaint. This is what I did. read more

Im giving them one star because I have to. My previous review was removed because it lacks some additional information necessary. So I spoke with Britney Trabulsy she stated that they needed three one reference must be a Supervisor from your most recent position. , and that they could not contact the The work number which is a user-paid verification of employment database created by TALX Corporation. So she transfers me to her supervisor who was very unreasonable, unprofessional and rude she immediately cut me off yelling and hung up... Never again, Iwill deal with that office read more

While I cannot speak for the company as a whole, I can certainly speak for the local office here in Jacksonville. Simply put, they are a joke and have absolutely no problem wasting someone's time. I refer to them as the 'used car salesmen' of recruiting. To begin with, as soon as you apply for anything online, they will start using your e-mail address to spam you whether you opted in or not. They may also ask you to come into their office without actually having anything for you (I mean, why not? They have to sit in the office all day either way, right?). I am also not sure who they are trying to fool, but I have also noticed over time that a good portion of their ads are for recruiters. They run the same ads for months on end. Care to see for yourself? Just go to monster and look up Robert Half for yourself and you'll find that 40% to 50% of their ads are for recruiters no matter how they spin it - they change the titles, but the ads are all the same. Whether you are a recruiter or a company seeking viable candidates, you will be better served spending your time elsewhere I assure you. That is, unless you want to have your time wasted and/or purchase the 'rust package' for your 1992 Chevy Cavalier. You've been warned... Peace. read more

Don't give you the professional courtesy of a return phone call. Obviously have no respect for your career. As an employer they called me every week trying to place somebody. As an employee , they can't be bothered read more

Robert Half technology did a great job during the weeks leading up to my first successful job offer, and I'm grateful for the opportunity! Throughout the entire process, the recruiter stayed engaged with me, providing me with helpful feedback on where my strengths and weaknesses lay and making sure I took the right assessments for the type of job I applied to. I think that constant communication between me and the recruiter was very helpful and helped boost my confidence throughout the process. On the day of the interview with my currenter, the recruiter treated me to brunch and gave me helpful advice on how to handle the interview, and also gave tips to make sure my clothing was styled as good as possible. Its a great agency to be recruited through! read more

Robert Half company has been the worst experience in job searching that I have ever had. I can find a job on my own quicker than they can. Their communication is terrible. They will give you a time that they will call you and never do. I think this shows lack of professionalism and common courtesy. If you say you are going to do something then you should do it. Otherwise it makes you seem that you don't even care. They have jobs listed on their site and when you apply online, they never follow up, so you are left wondering if you have been submitted to the company hiring. Even if you have multiple skills and are qualified for several types of positions, they tell you that you are only qualified for one certain thing. I'm really not sure how they are even successful and making money because this is a terrible staffing company. I would suggest do your own homework and send your resumes directly to companies and always ask to speak to the hiring manager. Not a happy customer. I have been trying for 3 months and you can't tell me there isn't one single position that I don't qualify for. They say they are there to help you, but they don't. read more

Be careful, I was looking around at jobs and talked to one of their rep's that I later found out was talking with my current employer-Back stabbing me. Sure I was looking for other opportunities but would never have gone to them if I knew they would be telling my current employer that I was looking to move. I found out later, imagine that, and I will never go back to this unprofessional company. read more

I dealt with Matt Rigdon and Travis Patin out of the Jacksonville Florida Office. These folks just want your data. They sell your data to the highest bidder , for example like real estate companies, telemarketing companies. RH was an employment agency about 5 years ago, their business model changed and now they gather information from people that have higher educations and they sell that information as a possible sales prospect. Be lying to you and telling you they have a job opportunity they are able to get information about your background and your salary requirements. Based on what you say about your salary they can sell that to salespeople all over the world. THEY ARE NOT AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF DATA MINING AND SELLING YOUR INFORMATION. In the Jacksonville Florida Office, they will continue to email and call you to find out or get an update on you. They are hoping you tell them that you found a great job, and you are making a high salary. That information goes on a "Gold" list and is sold for a premium. If you are wondering why they never found you a job. It's because they are not really looking to find you a job. They just use that lie, that ploy to fool you into giving them information. They get angry when you call them out about it. I intend to post this information all over the web, so that other unsuspecting clients are not fooled. read more
