Chief of Staff disappointed me twice and I will not work with them again. I hired them for two holiday parties (2017 and 2018). The first party was disappointing (one great server, one novice who was clearly inexperienced and not particularly ambitious). I decided to give it a shot a year later and asked for the same server (knowing it wasn't guaranteed). Instead, I got two bad servers. One arrived late, took multiple personal phone calls, and didn't demonstrate the kind of proactive event support I am accustomed to. When I asked her to cut dessert bars and place on a decorative plate, I was stunned to see she mounded a large messy pile on a serving tray. I asked her to place salmon and capers on a tray and she had no idea how to do that. There was a messy slab of salmon piled up on a tray. She did not appear to have any training or work ethic. The other was extremely passive and not particularly helpful. I complained to COS and made it clear that I do not plan to work with them again. I was disappointed in their response.

After, she did nothing for me, Katherine called me January, 2014, (4 months later) asking me to come in for an interview because she found my resume online. She had no clue, I had already previously been to her office. This business & its associates are unskilled, unprofessional and basically useless.
