This staffing agency is a MAJOR scam. I was contacted by a recruiter from this so called company,…read morevia email. After answering a few questions on our initial phone conversation, he stated that he was going to submit my resume to their client, Pitney Bowes, located in Neemah, Wisconsin. The job opportunity was for a Remote Technical Support Specialist position, Job ID #693-1. For $17 an hr/24-month contract (W2), simple job tasks to do with a weekly pay, this job seemed very promising! Furthermore, he informed me that once he gets an update from Pitney Bowes on the position, he would reach out to me in a few days. It's been almost 5 days since our last conversation and I haven't heard anything since. I contacted the recruiter yesterday and today, no response. I even sent another email, sent an SMS and a VCM to his phone number (703-660-4697). Still, no response. It seemed kind of odd considering the fact that 703 is actually a Virginia area code (not Connecticut's!). I looked the phone number up on truepeoplesearch.com and it said the number does not exist. To investigate, first, I went on i-Tech Solutions, Inc.'s website and looked under the 'Contact Us' section. There was an email address (Connecticut.i-techsolutions.com) and another phone number (860-674-1636) associated with the faux company. I sent an email to that address today, and a message was returned to me, saying that the email was not deliverable. Fake email address! It also struck me that this staffing agency actually has a real Facebook page as well smh. Next, I called the (860-674-1636) number, and it had a prompt/directory of i-Tech Solutions, Inc but the directory made it almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. Last, I researched this 860 number as well, on truepeoplesearch.com, and it is actually a landline phone number ALREADY belonging to a 32 year old female living in New Jersey. The physical address of this so-called i-Tech Solutions, Inc. (20 Stanford Drive, Farmington, Connecticut 06032) rightfully belongs to a software company by the name of Accenture Duck Creek of Farmington, CT. To sum it all up, basically, they were not only fraudulent with me, but with the phone number they stole (the number belonging to a woman currently living in New Jersey), and with the address of Accenture Duck Creek software company in Farmington, Connecticut. SCAMMERS! Be very careful and diligent when it comes to certain (contract) jobs that email you saying they "have seen your resume" on a job search engine, but you have never filled out an application, or sent a resume to them. Luckily, I did not give away sensitive information to this company (SSN, etc).

(((Fraud Alert))) A recruiter from this company emailed me about a supposed job offer in Long…read moreBeach, CA. Their email did not pass my fraud detection when it came to me. I have a friend that is a lawyer and he gave me some advice for job searching. When a temp agency staffing company etc. will have you doing the job at a clients site. It is your right to see the contract/employment agreement; so you know that there are no bad business practices going on. So ask for a copy of the contract when you are being considered for a job. And if they do not want to share this information. It probably means they are hiding something or they intend to deceive/fraud you. Basically do not waste your time with these clowns. They may get you caught up in some legal mess due to them cutting corners. Run the other way when you see these types of agencies and their fake jobs.
