Dr. Z understands that you're in pain (if you are) and respects those boundaries - he NEVER pushes it. Unlike most other establishments, he takes the time to get to know you, and he REMEMBERS you. In the last few months with Dr. Joe, my mobility has improved more than it ever did in four years with my previous chiropractor. Not only has he adjusted my alignment, but he also has me doing strengthening exercises in physical therapy to prevent a return to my previous pain levels. I haven't felt this good in years. Too many years of sitting hunched over my desk working on a computer had left me with a bulging disc and shooting numbness, among other issues. I have been to other chiropractors in the past, and the relief was always temporary, and regression seemingly inevitable. My initial conversation with Deb indicated to me that this was the place to go. She is responsive, efficient, and kind. I figured that if the doctor was anything like her, this would be a great fit. After a year and a half with Dr. Randy, my back pain is de minimis and feels under control for the first time in 10 years. Dr. Sprouse, experience chiropractor, took x-rays and explained everything in my consultation. Dr. Aki (hope I spelled correctly) managed my physical therapy. The plan consisted of 2 visits each week with physical therapy and an alignment. After 4 weeks, my pain score went from 10 to 5. After 7 weeks there was no pain. Occasional stiffness after working hard in the yard, housework, workouts, etc. Today was my last day and I am committed to at least once a month for maintenance because I do not ever want to return to having the pain of the past.
