Yelp is pretty much nothing but a negative review platform, and we all know it. I'm a patient at Kauffman. Never really had any back, neck, or shoulder issues. I'd see a chiropractic maybe 2x per year for upkeep. Lost 50lbs and my back went crazy. Walking into Kauffman is the best thing I could've done. Their ENTIRE staff is friendly... literally all of them. People who work there that I've never really met say hello to me and ask me how I'm doing. I've been to a few chiropractors over the years, and Kauffman is the only one that I have stuck with for over 6-12 months. They are so nice and treat my whole family. Dr. Kristina is great with my kid and my hubby. Dr. Kelsi is my favorite. I've beat my body up playing sports in my younger days, now I work at a desk. I use to get chronic sinus infections and migraines. I haven't had a sinus infection in over a year (knock on wood), and my headaches are less frequent, less intense, and easily managed. Lauren at the front desk is amazing at fitting me into the schedule on very short notice when I need to get in to take care of an issue. I've send family and friends to Kauffman. I have been going for regular maintenance for years now, but last week I needed a little more than the norm. I turned wrong, fell to my knees, and I could barely walk I was in so much pain. I called and they got me in right away. I cried practically the entire time I was there from the pain, but they took care of me. I went two more times that week and now I am almost 100%. Dr. Kristina & their staff have been wonderful. In the year that I have been treated by Dr. Kristina my pain level has gone from 6 to 7 down to 1 or 2. Today I had severe pain in my right shoulder and now, 2 hours after treatment the pain is down to a 1. With the exercises they gave me I should be able to stay at 1 only because of severe arthritis.
