Dr. Wein was rude and sneering towards me after hearing that I had used the Internet and AI to research my problem. He also stated how very little time doctors have nowadays. So it seems rather counterintuitive to then be angry that a patient has the gall to look up symptoms and possible solutions on their own. I have never felt so humiliated as a woman in my life. I was unable to completely explain why I was there and what I needed because he belittled me so much that I could not bring myself to speak again.

Wendy the office manager is no better at listening or showing empathy in charging a credit card twice in the same day! Most card companies and banks attribute multiple charges to fraud. Don't visit this office unless you can keep a credit balance on your account and you don't want to be humiliated or embarrassed by their reception team! This level of client service is laughable!

I had surgery conducted by Dr Lanza brought on as a 9/11 rescue team member. He recently conducted surgery on my wife in order to clear her sinuses and reduce migraines. Shes doing fantastic. He was there for every question no matter how serious or how silly. I would trust my life, my wife, and my sons lives in his hands any day. No one returns calls as they say they will and they just leave patients hanging without care. What happened to the oath doctors take (the Hippocratic Oath) that outlines their responsibilities to patients? Whether it be the classic Oath or the revised Oath, seems those at ENT Hearing Associates of Florida have either forgotten or did not take the Oath. I am saddened and appalled at the state of medical affairs there!
