Communication with Fix-it-Fox was seamless, from his initial estimate through to the payment, he made all communication very easy, streamlined and clear. Lastly, Fix-it-Fox is a really nice person. From language to appearance, he is someone you can have around the kids without scaring them. I wish yelp would let me give 10 stars, but 5 will have to do. Thanks Fix-it-Fox!

Never really had to file a claim before as I'd try to avoid doing so where I could. Was just so nervous about the entire process with insurance that it was anxiety inducing. Was so concerned with saying the wrong thing that coverage would be denied. Had no choice though so called Insurance to file a claim. They put me in touch with John at USA Restoration 360 while I was on the phone with them. I knew immediately John was who I wanted to move forward with for mitigation. I could leave a long review but I'll keep it short. John was incredible on so many levels. My Mother is older for certain and he went out of his way to accommodate her and myself each step of the way! The other huge perk was that John knows all about insurance etc. he truly was able to tell me what to expect next, when, and all the other details that would help in the process. He was also where he said he'd be time wise. There was no second guessing or waiting. If he set a time to be there, he was. I cannot stress enough how professional and caring John is. It is rare to find someone who knows what they're doing these days but also someone who is so on the ball! If I needed to reach him you could, just about instantly. If not instantly you'd hear back within the hour! He was open to texting as well which was super helpful in certain instances. Again, I cannot recommend his services enough. We now have a mitigation company. If ever I run into needing mitigation, John and USA Restoration 360 will be my first call, zero questions asked! Thank you again for everything, John! John was open and honest about cost for the job and we felt it was a fair price for the amount of work they had to do. Hopefully we don't have another issue like this in the future but if we do I know exactly who to call!
