Nobody ever gave me a reminder call and it was three months past the time I had made the appointment. So say I made in October the appointment three months later... Nobody ever called me for a reminder call. And today... I had gone to an appointment that I had made a few days ago which again no reminder call for today, but also no assistance on where to find the building. I have never been to the Hackettstown location and the Hackettstown location. There's only 15 minutes away from my house. I was supposed to be there on time today with five minutes to spare. However, my GPS was take me to the wrong buildings , and then when I finally found the location, it was behind all this construction that was not easy to get to with all the trucks that were in my way at the time. Nonetheless, I had a rental car to use today because I work from home normally but I needed a rental car after my back last go out from my own car yesterday so I got a rental to go to this appointment and had trouble locking the rental car doors. I had let them know that I was trying to get there but still when I walked in. I was 22 minutes late from the issues I had and I tried to explain it to them of what was going on. The lady at the front desk said because it's a 20 minute Slot time that I missed, but they would not take me and I was only a couple minutes past that. She then said she was gonna check with the doctor but came out two seconds later stating that the doctor refused to see me because I was a couple minutes past their 20 minute deadline supposedly. First of all, I wanna see this in writing that they have a 20 minute window. Too, there's no way they asked the doctor and the nurse who came out with her also had an attitude about it. Again, I tried to explain the situation, but nobody cared, and nobody cared that. I even called prior to that to let them know what was happening. I then called another number to make a complaint and to try to reschedule an appointment since the nurse there did not offer to schedule me for any location, she kept consistent on one location I want to one time. The person on a phone call who apparently works in the Sparta location had said well there was another one available in the afternoon, I said well I already had to leave work to make this appointment and I can't do it again today. And I tried to tell her what happened and she says well we all have appointments that we have to try to get to. We all have this issue. So the condescending words and attitude used to me was just appalling. Things happen sometimes that people don't make their appointments on time and this is the first time with this provider that I ever was late with the appointment. Unfortunately, it was out of my circumstances because I've never been to the location nobody there wanted to help me find the building so I was on my own. Plus, I had a car that is not mine that the lock did not want to lock and I'm definitely not leaving a car parked, not locked. I feel like this is a scam to get people to pay a no-show fee or whatever crap that they wanna pull. I left a book behind and I went back to retrieve it, and I heard them telling another woman the same exact thing that they had just told me. So either they are overbooking or they're not honest with how they Conductor practice. Nonetheless, for people to have so much attitude who work in the front office so maybe this profession is not for you

The most organized & professional doctor's office I have ever been to! This practice has a vast…read moregroup of orthopedic doctors & work out of several locations. It was very easy to get a same day appointment in the morning to have my injured shoulder looked at. They promptly brought me in, weighed me (ugh) & then had me wait 30 seconds & then was whisked to an X-ray room & they did X-rays immediately. I sat in the room, answered questions from the doctor's assistant, & then within 3 minutes, the doctor walked in& he already looked at my x-rays! Talk about prompt service! Very professional, knew what he was talking about, good bedside manner (I saw Dr. Sayde) & I would definitely recommend this place. Loved that I was in & out & how organized & pleasant everyone was!

Once you become a patient making appointments is not difficult and rescheduling appointment is a breeze. Dr. Stecker is a very compassionate doctor. He listens to what I have to say when I explain my issues, and addresses each and every one of them. I like that they have their own x-ray machine and technician on hand. I can get an x-ray and have the results right then and there in less then 10 minutes. This is very helpful when your not exactly sure what the problem is. It really helps to rule out, or diagnose a problem. I'm getting shots in my knees for severe pain from an auto accident, and I feel Dr. Stecker uses the best medication out there to help with my problems. I am grateful that this practice treats you like a human being. He asked me how my pain is and if I need medication. So many doctors don't even care and your just a number. I've never felt that at this practice. When I had surgery, everything was carefully arranged and explained to me in detail. My follow up visits went smoothly and the course of treatment was known. There are several doctors in this practice and they all specialize in different things. I highly recommend Dr. Stecker and this practice.

He is a man you can trust with your body and your nerves, literally and figuratively. He operated on me in 2014. My pain level was a 10+ when I went in for the surgery. Upon waking up in Recovery and the subsequent 3 years following, my pain level dropped to a 0. None. No pain. I highly recommend and respect Dr. J. Spielman.

There is plenty of parking and easy access to the building. Dr. Rosenzweig specializes in knee surgery. I saw Dr. Rosenzweig for a torn meniscus after being involved in a car accident as a passenger. I called and made an appointment and spoke with their auto claims department. This made it very easy when going through my insurance company and adjuster to get all the necessary paperwork done. I started out first by doing physical therapy. After weeks of no relief from pain I had an MRI. Dr. Rosenzweig is very through and took the time to explain everything that was wrong, and based on my MRI results decided I needed knee surgery. During my appointments I never felt like I was a number or rushed. Dr. Rosenzweig was very patient and gentle and for an orthopedic doctor was pretty much on time. I had my surgery and everything went as planned. I was given instructions and pain meds so I wouldn't suffer. My follow up was just as pleasant and I didn't feel the stitches come out. Dr. Rosenzweig explained and showed me photos of the step by step surgery he preformed on my knee. I will be starting physical therapy and then see him again afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenzweig...

When I got there to give them my new insurance card the receptionist was not only nasty even tho I check with my insurance that he was still in my plan, she insisted the office wasn't and then asked me to leave even tho I was willing to pay to see him but said I couldn't afford to see the doctor and then waved her hand at me as to say go away that she couldn't be bothered with me . In turn I called my insurance company again and told them about this office they told me he was in the plan and to tell the office if they would call them but did call the office and told them what insurance said and she insisted there was no reason to call the insurance . Needless to say I ended up at the Er since I could hardly walk. I would not recommend this office since they need an attitude adjustment with their staff . I've worked as a Nurse for many offices let alone an office manager and would never turn a patient away would have worked something out in order for them to see the

I am absolutely livid with the experience I had at this facility. I called to inquire about…read morePediatric Physical Therapy, and was told that the therapist does treat pediatric-aged children. When I explained that my son has a condition where he is pigeon-toed and trips while running, I thought I had finally found the help we needed. However, once I mentioned that my son had "aged out of early intervention," the entire attitude of the staff changed. The therapist, who was originally open to treating him, suddenly refused. Both the secretary and the manager then informed me that the therapist would not treat my "neurodivergent son" -- which, for the record, means autistic. I clarified that his pigeon-toed condition had nothing to do with his autism, and that he is fully capable of following directions just like any neurotypical child. But despite my explanation, the practice and the therapist continued to insist they would not treat him. I am beyond shocked and appalled that a medical facility specializing in treating physical disabilities would turn away a child in need of care simply because of their neurodivergence. This blatant discrimination is inexcusable and should not happen, especially in a healthcare setting. It's deeply disappointing that this facility, instead of offering the support they claim to provide, has instead shown a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. My son deserves better than this, and so does every other child.
