So...I had to ad this review after I noticed that this company isn't a part of the Yelp community…read more I may get banned for saying this....but it is a little known fact that if a company doesn't 'play nice' with Yelp, The reviews will almost ALways be poor. This applies to any and all companies that do not sign up with Yelp. In this case, however-seems pretty accurate, sadly. They've given me the lowest Liability quote out there, so far. I am currently searching for insurance myself, and waiting for these folks to give me a call back. I saw that BBB rates them as a 1.4 out of 5. So....Yeah. I'm going to have a talk with them. If anyone sees this and is interested to hear what happens after I've grilled them about their poor ratings across the board, I'll update.

She was rude, unwilling to listen, and very difficult to communicate with throughout the process. Experiences like this can truly damage a company's reputation. A claims department should be staffed with professionals who know how to treat clients with respect, empathy, and professionalism -- especially during stressful situations involving claims. It is frustrating to pay monthly premiums expecting support when needed, only to feel dismissed when it is time for the company to step up. Based on my experience, I hope the company seriously evaluates the quality of customer service they are providing and the people representing them. I would strongly encourage others to do their research carefully before working with this company.

It took me over four months to receive my money and be able to roll the IRA over to another fund. This company is incompetent and I suspect them to be fraudulent. They take your money and then do not release it when requested. All I received from them was evasion and warnings that they were going to withhold part of the money. They are unprincipled and deserve to be shut down. I have reported them to the State of Michigan for their unprofessional conduct and withholding money that is not theirs. Please do not conduct any business with this company. They are dishonest and liars.

They have been absolutely RUDE and said some very inappropriate things to me. Just yesterday, a supervisor named Matt asked me if I was even educated! Which if you're wondering, I absolutely am! He told me my company was nothing more than babysitters!! Their company is supposed to pay within 30 Days according to the adjuster, Tonia. She rarely gets back to me! They are almost 8 weeks behind in pay. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! I've contacted a lawyer. I will NOT stop until this company knows that they cannot do business this way! It's absolutely ridiculous.

do not do business with this agency. initially we were very pleased with josh. he was personable,…read morehelpful, and knowledgeable. we were appreciative and believed state farm would be our long term insurance carrier. then we were apparently handed off to other employee representatives. since then it has been a nightmare...our rates more than doubled. we seldom get the same employee representative. nobody seems to know whats going on. they claim rates went up nation wide due to new mandates and that applied to all insurers. they also claimed that rates will go down soon. as the act may be repealed. now they claim that our june payment was not made. it is an automatic withdrawal and we have screen shots proving that it was. now most businesses would ask you to send that screenshot, and upon receipt, investigate, and respond with the results. when there is independent proof i would assume they would take responsibility and apologize. a mea culpa, i'm sorry, we made a mistake. we will rescind our penalty fees and again we are sorry. we will address this immediately. nope, we get "there's nothing we can do". your june payment was late and we took out june, july, and august payments. the agency accepted the individual monthly payments, then they doubled down and took it again. i don't know if it's a competency issue, lack of communication, or training. i don't care what the excuse is, we deserve an apology and to be made whole by immediately returning the dual payments. no more no less, apology, reimbursement, and respect. john r. graham susan k. graham
