Yet when she asked for the policy in writing he said and their customers service rep said they have nothing in writing that gives that policy and how it works. She told him this has been a awful experience, maybe she should go with someone else, his response was "have at it ". This man was so heartless and unprofessional, I highly suggest going to some place else for your insurance needs.
