Just like physical therapy you have to go many time for a given period of time to really see and feel the changes. Our bodies get into a groove and it take time and effort to change the bad grooves back into the right grooves. First off the owners are very personable and kind. I felt very well taken care, listened to and got a great explanation of what kind of work would be done on my first few visits. Each adjustment appointment I have had since those first few long visits have been quick and satisfying. I am feeling better each passing adjustment appointment. The really do feel like good people and seeing the dogs there is a delight as I love dogs. I have been to many chiropractors and they do the standard snap crackle pop adjustment that relive my pain and discomfort for a few days then I'm back to discomfort and pain. Since seeing Dr. Clark I'm feel more well adjusted and not sense my body doing any odd compensation do to being out of alignment. We will see how the next few weeks treat me.

Over all these years, we have consistently had the best experiences with him. Dr. Bennett truly cares about his patients, and it shows. He goes above and beyond to help people, especially when they are in need. Being on an island and a military base can sometimes make access to affordable care challenging, but he genuinely goes out of his way to make sure his patients can afford the care they need. It's rare to find a doctor who not only provides excellent care but also truly cares about the people he serves. I have recommended Dr. Bennett to many of my friends and will continue to do so without hesitation. Thank you, Dr. Bennett, for everything you do and for always putting your patients first. You are truly appreciated! ~Pamela Sada

They said my payment would be applied to that appt. In the meantime I came down with Covid (from there?) so I called to reschedule once again. Micky Barnett has been a lifesaver through 2 generations in my family. My dad went to him for years…read moreuntil he passed away from cancer. I have been going to Micky since I was 17, I'm now 43. The most recent sever issue I went in after was a long road trip and I couldn't walk upright at all. I had been at the MD's office several times and they took MRI's and couldn't do anything but throw pain meds at it. Granted they helped but only masked the problem. I finally went to Dr. Barnett and I went in hunched over and could barely walk. Granted it wasn't a one visit fix but I walked out walking upright with much less pain. After about 6 visits with Micky I could return to work without pain. Just to stay mobile and without pain I visit regularly once a week. I found that I have degenerative discs in my L3, L4 and L5 Vert. I now get regular right leg numbness and pain at the same time as well as neck pain. When I visit Micky I walk out feeling so much better and by the next day the pain is gone in my leg. But because of the work I do my back is out by the 4th day of work and have to revisit. Well worth the money to get adjusted every Friday to recover for the weekend. I have neglected my back and just keep working so I have to visit regularly to keep the spine in line. I highly recommend Micky if you have a back issue. I recently asked him he is going to have to tell to recommend someone when he retires. Just like I asked the person who cut my hair. There is right way and wrong to do everything. The reason I chose now to write a review is because I seen that people said they had bad experiences with Micky. If you take care of your back you won't have issues but if you abuse yourself then you won't get better. Ice, Ice, Ice, Ice. don't use heat when you have been adjusted. Use ice. relax, and take is easy. The longer your back is out the longer it takes to heal because of inflammation. Also when it is out longer it creates a "memory" of being out and will go out when you start putting it back in. The more you keep your back inline the LONGER it will stay inline. Thank you Micky!
