So then this middle aged white man walked in with his child and immediately the Asian woman whom I noticed at her desk popped up from her seat asking the white man for his info. So I had to jump in and tell the both of them that I had been here first and the lady behind the counter said oh I thought you came together knowing damn well she seen me walk in alone with my brown skinned daughter. And she knew that she had seen the white man come in alone with his white daughter. So then an Asian man came in with his daughter and what do you know everyone had went in their appointments before me even though I was there before them. So no lie I did feel a little discriminate against! So I felt that was kinda weird and unprofessional on that Asian lady working behind the counter. It's 2024 going into 2025 I'm going to need for people to do better especially in the workplace when it comes to racism. Thank you! The other day, a huge inflammation was seen right below the silver crown. Noticing something was wrong, we visited another pediatric dentist. The new dentist took the x-ray and recommended that we take the tooth out because the silver crown was not sitting properly and likely had cavities inside. One the surgery was done, we noticed that the spacing between the crown and the teeth was so large that the food would get stuck, unable to be brushed, and leaving room for new cavities, not to mention that the old endodontic surgery was done improperly and developed further cavities (leading to inflammation). My kid is only 5 years old and was supposed to use the tooth for another 3-4 years before the adult tooth would come out. According to the new pediatric dentist we visited, it's likely that the old dentist didn't grind away the molar enough to put smaller crown to save time, but rather used bigger silver crown to save 10-15 minutes! Come dental dentists are always running against time and will never treat patients right. They look at patients as nothing but money. No doctor ethics. I hope other parents would not have to go through what we went through.

And, I was so pleased by her accommodating me on such notice. When I arrived Janina saw me right away and seamlessly processed my intake forms. Janina then graciously introduced me to Peggy! Peggy and Janina's aptitude, approach and overall care and empathy is something that is truly rare in 2021. I was absolutely floored by their stellar service.
