Liz Beth Hale of Tree City Real Estate is awesome!!…read more She helped my husband and I find the perfect home for our needs this past weekend. I am very thankful for all of her knowledge (20+ years in business) because while my husband knows some about buying houses, I was definitely unsure of what I was looking for. I brought a list of houses that were all remodeled, but I had failed to see that the houses were almost all around 100 years old. She showed us the homes but was diligent in showing us where issues in the homes were, such as paint over dry rot, foundational issues, etc. She then proceeded to show us the beautiful new home that we ended up buying, which was amazing, in a safe location and neighborhood, wonderful quality and was exactly the modern farmhouse style I was hoping for. AND the house was 30k lower than our budget! Liz Beth also helped us by giving us advice on how to buy a house to make sure that our investment would maintain equity, and she explained so many things to me that I would have never thought of. So thankful for her, and she will be a long-time friend I am sure, and someone we will always call on for investment advice. Thank you Liz Beth! -Olivia and Mo
