Kristin recommended the perfect fixtures as well as added lighting to a utility closet making it far more usable. The most dramatic change was in the living room. It had lighting around the perimeter but there was no electric in the center of the room so it was a dark space. Kristin had the brilliant idea of building beams to run along the ceiling and install dimmable lights in the beams. It changed the ambience of the room completely. We couldn't decide what we wanted to do so we called in Jasmin and Kristin to help out. What I appreciated the most is that they took the time to understand our budget, our style and what we liked and didn't like about our condo. They made some great recommendations and came up with interesting ideas that we wouldn't have made on our own. They also listened to our ideas and were happy to go with some of our choices. Once we decided on the work we wanted, they helped us choose contractors and were happy to include one of our recommendations in the bidding process. Jasmin and Kristin took care of all of the logistics of the work, from ensuring the elevators were reserved to making sure the contracts had proof of insurance. They ordered all the parts and scheduled the contractors so that they were able to work together and weren't tripping over each other.
