I would fly back to Corsica just to get more of the dry aged black pig they sell here. Wow! The selection of different cuts they put in front of us was heaven. I wish the FDA would make it easier to import things like that. Artisan meat that is dry aged for 27 months? Come on! Too Good! The owner is also the port pilot, so if you are there on a cruise he probably helped get you anchored. read more

Very beautiful place! Excellent for trying out corsian wines, meats and cheeses. This place is one of the best in Bonifacio.
