I received a haircut from Charles on the 18th of December, 2014 at 4pm. After a previous excellent haircut with one of your other staffers and the fantastic environment, I've come to expect the same standard again. However, this was not the case. After some difficulties of communicating my desired look, I had to ask him three times to correct his work. After three corrections, it became apparent that he would not be able to deliver a satisfying haircut and I had to walk out with a very undesirable look. The cut was very sloppy and lop-sided, I am sorry to say that this was a very upsetting experience and I had to visit a different stylist to correct his work who noted -without me asking- that the haircut I had received was very poorly done.
Please look into the quality of his haircuts so that you can keep up the standards you're known for, as this experience means I am unlikely to return to your salon again. read more
