These are hard times for everybody and they take advantage of key dates in your insurance policy so that it lapses. Then they'll contact your state to have your registration(s) suspended without a single phone call. DO NOT get insurance with this organization. There is very little appealing that you can do. You can apply for reinspection, but results are not guaranteed as well. One way or another, you'll be really sorry you ever signed up with this insurer. We needed to replace our roof damaged by tornado, but instead of replacement we got paid only for partial reshingling. Several contractors we invited for the estimate told us that reshingling reshingled roof is a band-aid solution since the roof was already reshingled in the past. It already had 2 layers of shingles of different age. Adding third layer of shingles would not be good. But nothing worked...

He went on to tell me it was a nationwide thing but when I renew with another company my roof was fully covered with the new quote and it was $1,000 cheaper!
