I had two visits (1) initial consultation and (2) the procedure appointment. Both times I was in and out very quickly. I had Dr. William Yeung and he was exceptional! He did not rush the first appointment and made a point to explain everything very well. He asked several times if there were any questions along the way. The procedure was painless! After he was in the tooth, he realized it was not quite as bad as they thought it may be and, thankfully, did less work than we originally thought. A dishonest provider may have taken advantage of that situation and done more to the tooth to increase cost. As a result, it was less expensive than I planned and the recovery was easy. My primary dentist said it was some of the best work he'd ever seen! I hope I don't have to come back, but if I do, I will ask for Dr. Yeung!

They are patient with my multiple questions and considerate of my nervous chatter. Even if you don't like a dentist I believe you will like them. I am a huge fan of this practice and will refer others to them, especially Dr. Leer.

Instead I had a chip off a different tooth. He also mentioned something I should be aware of if fixing the chipped tooth didn't help my pain. Let me start by saying that I suffer from severe dental PTSD. I needed a root canal on an upper…read moremolar, and was referred by my regular dentist to see Dr. Cottle at Clayton Endodontics. Dr. Cottle took the time to explain everything very thoroughly, answer any and all questions that I had, and really put my dental stress at ease. But, more importantly, when I had the root canal done, I can honestly say that it was the least stressful procedure that I've had done at a dental office in over 40 years. The instruments that he used were extremely quiet, he didn't rush through anything or make me feel like I was keeping him from his next patient, and I just felt like he had some of the gentlest hands while he was doing all of the work. I literally started dozing off a couple of times in the chair, and that was with no nitrous. Although no dental experience that I've ever had has been enjoyable, this one was easily the least unpleasant. Oh, and even though they don't take dental insurance, they filled out the reimbursement forms for my insurer and submitted them for me while I was there. Recommend highly!!

I started taking my toddler here too and they've been patient with him and he loves it!! Now bringing my 18month old soon. I love how all the staff greet you I've never had bad encounters with any of them. They aren't even under prescribing. Or prescribing in the first place. This is bullshit they treat you like second rate dope fiends anytime you can't deal with pain. They ripped a tooth out my head even though I had an infection they never prescribed me anything after yanking it out other than the numbing agent.
