On my Thursday afternoon appointment I was scheduled for 3:30 I wasn't seeing till after 5 p.m. at which time him and his nurse by their self in the closed doctor's office quickly drilled three teeth and filled them all at the same time, when I asked for gas for relaxation I was told the doctor Carlyle doesn't like to give Medicaid patients gas it would only have cost him $0.02 to give me the gas and my Medicaid pays for it. when I asked for pain relief afterwards to go home I was denied that as well hurriedly escorted to the front door. I felt humiliated I had to go back and see his staff again and this time I had to get another feeling and have my gums cleaned with a needle I was once again denied gas and told that dr. Rick Carlisle does not like to give Medicaid patients gas for relaxation even though Medicaid pays for it and I was also denied pain medicine again after having another feeling and my gums surgically cleaned. I do not recommend that you go to see dr. Rick Carlisle unless you're paying him with cash or with some kind of accepted insurance besides Medicaid you will not be treated correctly.

I had been "just looking" on previous occasions, loved her website, but had not made up my mind until I was actually in desperate need. Others popped up in the search, but her office was the first one I called. I guess it just felt right. I left a message and they got back to me right away. We set up an appointment to check out the tooth. Everyone I encountered were really great, made me feel at ease. Made another appointment to have tooth extracted, which was good being the morning of, it had gone nuclear in the pain dept. Again, the staff and Dr. McCarthy, made everything go along fine. So, that convinced me to see about becoming a regular patient. I recently had xrays, exam, cleaning... I cannot complain. They are awesome. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dentist or dental staff (especially, Betty, who did a great job on the heavy duty cleaning my toofers needed)!

Everyone was very polite and did not hesitate to ask me what i needed whether it was water or a blanket as I sat in the dentist chair. I appreciate Dr. Stovall attention to detail and ability to answer any questions I had. Definitely will be continuing my dental service here.
