All ended EXTREMELY Well with my broken well thanks to Frank and Andrew from KPS!…read moreI honestly can't write a more effusive review for this outstanding family owned business. Within 2 hours of my code red call to Frank because we had NO Water and no clue as to why - Andrew was here within 2 hours ( shocking because we live in a remote area of CT and rarely do folks show up on time and in some cases they don't show up at all) to quickly assess the problem, propose a resolution and provide transparent AND fair pricing. Frank and Andrew return early the next morning with all the necessary equipment and removed and replaced the broken pump and had water back up and running to our home by 3 PM that afternoon!!! This was no easy task- the well was literally in the forest, far from our home and the area around the well overgrown so access was tricky and difficult- this did not dissuade them in any way, nor did it drive the price up. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10! Thank you both so much for delivering outstanding service in our dire time of need !!!

Before committing to something that big, we decided to get a second opinion and called Accurate Well and Pump--and I am SO glad we did. Within just a few hours, they assessed everything and came back with a completely different (and much more reasonable) solution. Not only were they able to get our water back up and running for less than a third of what we were originally quoted, but the entire process was quick and stress-free. The estimate was done the same day, and the actual work was completed in just one day. They were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you're dealing with well issues, do yourself a favor and call them before making any big decisions--you might save yourself a ton of money and stress like we did.

Rich, my installer, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, meticulous, pleasant, and FAIR when it came to the cost for the job - and was just what you would expect from a guy who'd been doing this for 30+ years and cares about doing a good job for his customers. They were quick, clean, ordered a top-quality pump, and did the most professional installation I've ever witnessed. I usually only criticize crappy places - but N.J. Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first.
