She had went in less than a week ago to find out why she was sick and they just told her she didn't have COVID or the Flu- those tests were negative, that it was "probably bronchitis" and they sent her home without a chest X-ray. Now she's in the ER with an elevated heart rate, infection, pneumonia, and the ER doctor is worried it is going to turn into SEPSIS. This could've been avoided if this doctor office did their job. I asked if I could see a doctor because I had an infected bite on my arm from my cat. The lady spoke with the doctor and the doctor said that they could not do anything for me and that I needed to call the Roane County Health Center. I called the Roane County Health Center and the guy said that I needed to go to a doctors office ...???? Why would they say they couldn't help me? There wasn't even anyone there.
