A friend picked us up upon our arrival, but when it was time to leave, we quickly realized that there are no ubers/lyfts on Hilton Head Island. I quickly started looking around for cab companies, and ultimately chose Airport Transportation Group. I called the day before to reserve a shuttle departing my hotel at 4:30am. They were responsive, sent me email confirmation, and very friendly via phone and email. My transportation arrived 10 minutes early to my hotel, and it was a very smooth drive to the airport. The driver was friendly, punctual, clean, and made an early airport ride very enjoyable. Definitely recommend ATG to anybody visiting HHI.

I was worried, of course, since I couldn't meet anyone or see the state of the vehicles in person. After interviewing several companies by phone I went with Alex because he gave fair and simple pricing with no buried extra fees. Still, I was nervous the van wouldn't show up or it might be old and dirty right until it showed up at our first stop. Clean, just as described, and great driver (yay Diego!) who was flexible with our plans. The day went perfectly, in large part to the help of Alex and his company.

YELP was helpful in directing us to Chatham Cab. We can not say enough great things about our round trip. We prearranged via email - prompt and efficient response from Michelle. Stacy arrived on time, had a fabulous personality and most important to me is that he was a great driver. I have had many bad experiences with taxi and livery services where I white knuckled the whole trip. That is what keeps me from utilizing Uber type services - not knowing who would actually be the driver? Van was clean and Price was reasonable. What more could you ask for? We will definitely call again when we are in Savannah. Thank you!

When the limousine arrived it wasn't the limousine that I had originally picked out for my daughter. The limousine was VERY dirty inside and out. The limousine looked like it had been in previously accidents. The kids and my adult cousin said the heater didn't work, the driver couldn't drive properly. It took him an hour to pick up three extra people in the area. Keeping in mind I only had the service for two hours. He was on the phone the ENTIRE time including upon arrival which i witness myself. He sit and hesitated both times "pick up and drop off" to open the door for the girls which had to be address. He didn't know how to work the cd player so that the girls can listen to their music. He ignore my adult cousin several time when she kept trying to give him direction. Again on the phone. I called the owner which is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL kept stating that he didn't remember the conversation that we had about me paying to rent this particular limousine which he and I and My daughter looked in together in the pouring rain. The only limousine that she and I was interested in because of the ceiling colorful lights, drinking glasses and a newer limousine which he stated he had just gotten, not to mention I brought non alcoholic beverages for the kids to drink, but again NO glasses in the wrong limousine. The owner act as if he didn't give a sh*t. I ask if he had a copy of the receipt he then said he is out of town. bull crap! And just kept saying he didn't remember the conversation we had about this particular limousine and that he didnt write it down.. How do you know if you are out of town with no receipt? Such a lier. THE ONLY LIMOUSINE WE LOOKED IN! The one she and I was very well interested in that I payed for. Don't know if he is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's but he needs to own up and accept his responsibility for his mistake as a man and be honest. It's not about the money it's more so about the poor poor limousine service and my daughter happiness.

They were giving each other 'the look' while telling us the price of the cab. That was a red flag... I should have told them never mind and chose the expensive Uber instead but she told us the ride would be $29 each and we accepted. Priscilla talked the ENTIRE time and gave me beads and beer earrings that was given to her from St. Patrick's day. When we got to the hotel, she asked us if we would like to tip on top of the $29 in which we did. When we both checked our account, the charges were not what was agreed upon. I was charged $42 (I included a $5 tip) and my coworker was charged $38 (She included a $2 tip). We called Priscilla to let her know we were overcharged and she agreed to make it right by picking us up from the hotel to the airport at one flat fee of $20 in which we agreed. You all will not believe this... The day we were supposed to leave, Priscilla sent me a long text saying that she could not take us to the airport because her father died (with an emoji) and sent a long paragraph about refunding us through cash app. There was no way in hell I was about to give Priscilla anything! There is no way I can stomach to trust anyone who would put death on their family just so they can go through with a lie. I blocked her and threw those beads and earrings in the trash. I would advise everyone to avoid this taxi cab service all together because their drivers are not honest and you WILL get taken advantage of. I don't even trust the good reviews that you see... It's probably her and the lady from the airport. You've been warned.
