I have had terrible experiences with other tire businesses talking down to me about tire care and replacing tires that probably did not need to be replaced. Solis also had the best prices on tires if I did need to replace. I will use this company from now on for all my tire needs.

I called and got very timely service. I was most impressed by was the constant updates letting me know when Kevin was on his way, when he arrived, and very clear communication about what he found. Not only did he call me, but he also sent videos to show me what he found. This young man was so very polite and respectful. I have been dealing with quite a lot of stress and was close to a breakdown myself. His kindness really saved me in a rough moment. If you ever need mobile assistance, please call Kevin! This was so much easier than trying to get this car towed, fixed, then transported. He makes it so easy! Thank you so much, Kevin!!!

I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire
