Then told me I needed to call to see if they would approve it, but then he wouldn't wait for us to call and get that approval. We finally got a hold of Allstate Roadside Assistance, who he said dispatched him, and they approved it, then he wouldn't come back to do the job. He claimed he couldn't open it because it was a commercial truck, but it's just a Econoline 250, not a semi, and it was approved. He left us here all night.

Extremely Dangerous Experience - Do Not Recommend!…read more My niece went to Watson Tire in Charlotte last week to get four used tires installed. After leaving the shop, one of the tires literally rolled off her car because the lugs were not even on. She immediately got out her vehicle and walked to the shop and spoke with the owner and the employee who installed the tires. Little do they know I was on the phone with her from the time she was at the tire shop until the incident happened. They told her to get her car checked and bring them the bill if anything was wrong, but when she returned with the Nissan dealership invoice, they refused to pay and accused her of swindling them. The owner was very rude and stated he will go get his daughter to move my niece while she waited for the police to arrive. My niece had to involve the police to ensure they didn't leave the premises. According to the officer, she is the second customer this has happened to at this establishment . This was an extremely unsafe situation that could have caused a serious accident. I do not recommend this shop, and I urge anyone considering them to be extremely cautious.

I bought two used tires from them and they were overly defective. They put the tires on wrong. I asked to speak with the owner and he's never there, they claim they don't know his contact information for me to contact him. Instead of finding me two better quality used tires, the young prick told me to come pick out my own two tires. When I picked out the tires, he changes his mind and says he can't replace both he can only do one because he thinks the tire looks okay. The tires were bald and dry rot. He didn't want to replace the other tire so I contacted the police. Prior to the police arriving, some nappy wig lady comes and yanks my door open questioning why I won't move my car. The guy tells me next time I want tires, don't be cheap. He keeps my receipt instead of giving it back because apparently their policy is once they replace your tires, you don't get the receipt back. So if that's the case, give me a copy of the receipt or give me a receipt for the other tire. He didn't want to do that either! What is that to saying to a paying customer, a customer who puts money in your pocket. They are a bunch of clowns and I definitely don't recommend doing any business with them!

I was stranded on the side of I-85 and called my roadside assistance. They sent No More Locked Doors with an estimate of 80 to 115 minutes. I settled in to wait and received a call within 30 minutes that my guy was only 3 exits away. He was super nice and did a fantastic job. He got my car where it was going in Salisbury quickly and efficiently. I am super glad this is who my insurance reached out to for my tow. I would recommend to anyone.
