This was my first time dealing with a flat tire so I was very new to the process. The representative was rude and his irritation was prevalent from the beginning of the call. He even had an attitude when I asked for directions on how to locate the tire size. The call was filled with sighs and sucking of the teeth, but I remained respectful as I knew that it would only get worse if I replicated his frustration. He shared that the total would be $200, which I was ready to pay since it was a Sunday night and figured it was my only option. I called my insurance company to get a second opinion and they sent a tow truck which arrived before the mobile service. ABAN Towing & Recovery was amazing (highly recommended) and they were able to tow my car to Tire & Ride 24/7 (also highly recommended). Both towing and tire companies were super helpful and patient. I was able to get my tire fixed for $20 and was back home within the hour. I'm only sharing this to help someone who could end up with their first flat tire like me. read more

It took a while for them to come " about a hour " . When the guy got there he wasn't very welcoming but he was nice when I started having a conversation with him about my other tires but he wasn't very friendly. He did put the tire on fast and got me on the road again . I paid 200$ little expensive. read more

They said they'd arrive anytime within 1hr15min so I should be close by. The tech called me to let me know he was 20min out three different times. Five hours later...I'm getting my tire changed. The guy is nice but that doesn't make up for stringing me along. Well, he just left and said he'd be right back. Suits me right for buying a car without a spare. read more

This was absolutely the best type of service possible. I was with my girlfriend and her Jeep got a flat tire. We waited 1 1/2 hours for AAA only to find the spare was also flat. We then called 24 Roadside Hawks and they were there within the hour. We verified our tire size first and when they came were very professional and skilled. They were so nice and explained the process every step of the way. We were so impressed with this service, it took the sting out of getting the flat tire in the first place. If you need any roadside help, these are the guys to call. read more

I swerved to avoid some lumber that was in the middle of Peachtree Industrial Blvd and then felt my car start to pull to the right. The check inflation message come on and I knew it was a flat. I called Roadside Hawks and they sent out a repairman in about 30 mins. He couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked my tire, assessed that it could be patched and had completed the whole job in less than 20 mins. In addition, he showed me how to change the tire myself should I need to (I hope that I won't have to do so bc I can just call Roadside Hawks, but in a pinch, I could do it now). Had the tire needed replacing, he had a new tire ready to go. What a great service. They will also replace your tires if you order via Tire Rack, or jump you car if you have a dead battery. Dear Roadside Service provider: If you give me a price and I say yes, and you give me a time period and I say yes then your technician should arrive with all my info already entered and ready to perform the service I've requested. They should not take 10 mins entering info that they should already have since I have already given it to you when I called almost 2 hours ago and you were due in 1hr 10 mins!!!! Especially when You are an hour late. 1 whole HOUR!!! No, sorry I was running late, sorry for the wait...nothing! But no, this tech is actually performing the service in his goddamn phone, apparently unaware that this HE IS AN HOUR LATE AND ITS 2 AM! And on top of that, this Man actually gave me a tablet payment screen with TIPS displayed TO ADD TO MY TOTAL. ummm, are you crazy? IS YOU CRAZY!?!! This is an awesome service! I experienced a tire issue when I ran over a pothole that I didn't see on a dark road a.k.a. Enon Road in Atlanta- Beware on 12/14. My family and I was visiting family on that side of town and were heading home on the North side. I panicked alittle because it was late, cold and I was tired. I found this company on Yelp of course and they were very professional and came to my rescue. I think the price is reasonable seeing that they're mobile and you're getting a new tire. They tell you the "fineprint" before they come to you. I would most definitely use them again. read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I was told there would be 90 minutes before someone could get to me (which I was fine with) after 90 minutes passed I called and asked why it was taking longer than 90 minutes and the "Owner" says "Well first of all you aren't the only one being serviced" in a nasty rude tone. I then explain to her that she should be more sensitive because it's already frustrating enough that I've been sitting on the side of the highway for about 2 hours. She then say "I'll do you a favor...how about I cancel your service and you can still just sit there, have a nice day". I don't see how anyone could be that cruel and evil to let someone sit on the side of the highway. read more

Problem - dead battery. Timeline - called at 9:40 on a Monday morning. Technician was on site by 10:00. Driving the car by 10:10. In summary, it took less time to get my car going than it does to get a pizza delivered. Great job and thank you! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Upon leaving lunch, my "low tire" light was on. Filled the tire to the 39 PSI level. Hours later it was down to 32. Then a few more hours later, it was down to 30. Did a Yelp search and up popped this company. Genius idea and I will be using them not just for emergencies. I can guarantee that had I'd waited until the morning to go to my normal repair shop, I would have had a flat. And since my car was not built to have a spare, the car would have had to have been towed. read more

My husband and I called them 1:30AM christmas morning. We got a drill bit in on the way home from our parents and had to leave the next day for a trip! This is an incredible service. I got two flat tires on Peachtree Road in the middle of morning rush hour. The woman who answered my call was very professional, efficient, and gave me all my options and estimated costs up front. The company came to my car with my new tires and put them on for me right there on site. No towing necessary so I could continue to work and still get there at a reasonable time. Their prices are extremely reasonable, not to mention they are a service provider similar to AAA so I can recover their service costs through my insurance. I was treated harshly and insulted and hung up on while I was having an emergency. I will also contact others to report this. Called to see if someone was on the way to me because it was after the stated time of arrival. The woman (I say that loosely) was extremely rude. Letting me know when I called and the rescue was only 5 mins late....explaining what an eta is and that they get hundreds of calls, when all I asked was if someone was even on the way. Excellent! Very speedy response, the person who arrived to deal with my car's flat tire was very professional. He found a nail in the tire, did a thorough check for any other damage, and was able to repair the tire and remount it to get me safely on my way. The charge was, of course, more than if I'd gone to a tire store - but after hours on a Saturday night, the "drive up" charge for roadside assistance was very reasonable. I'm glad I called Roadside Hawks! About a year later, new review...dang, flat tire. The tire had hit a curb, and had to be replaced. Called Roadside Hawks, and once again I was very pleased. Both the rep on the phone and the contractor who did the work were very pleasant and professional. The charge for roadside service and installation of a new tire was very reasonable, and stated up front before the job was scheduled. Thankful for the professional service. Found ourselves with a flat tire while traveling 75, had a spare but no Jack. They did ask alot of questions when I called but I felt that was to ensure they came prepared. The tech arrived within 15 minutes, they estimated 30 mins. Valentines Special Food: a couple days ago I decided to take my girlfriend to Yumbi. Being that this was my first time eating at the establishment I was a little skeptical about how my food would taste. AWESOMENESS! That's the only thing I could think of when I bit into those delicious sesame fries! Yum! My tacos were a bit on the hard side but other than that the food was great and can't wait to go back! Service: The service that I received at Yumbi would be described as fast and thorough. Our waiter (Anthony) was sure to check on us through out our meal. He even brung me a refill of water without me asking. Along with a warming smile. However, a better choice of music would be recommended. Maybe a sample of all genres of music. Just had a flat tire on a rainy night in Dunwoody. I live in Decatur, so not at all familiar with the area. They gave me an 1 hr and 15 min window to come. I'll admit, I had to call at the end of the window and it took another 10 mins for Tee to arrive. I'm an idiot when it comes to cars and had no idea that I had a full size tire under my car. When I first called, I had asked for them to bring a new one. I thought they might try to make me still buy the tire, but he was so nice. He charged me for their normal change out of a tire. And he talked me through everything, checked air pressure in the remaining ones and let me know all needed to be replaced and things to mention to whoever does replace them. So, Tee's personality and helpfulness makes up for the little bit of lateness. Thank you! read more

This company is absolutely the BEST!!! I called them 2 am this morning and spoke with a gentleman name James. My nephew ran over some construction debris on I75 that destroy both the front and rear passenger side tires. The rims/wheels were severely damaged so unfortunately these guys were unable to help but I wanted to post a review to thank James for his exceptional customer service. He was polite, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. We ended up having to get the car towed but if ever I need mobile tire service in the future, I'm definitely calling these guys because they are truly a class act!!! read more

I would NEVER use these folks. My 24 year old daughter had a flat tire just after midnight and called me for advice as I was not in driving distance. We found these guys on the internet. Although the service was very slow as they had to take the tire back tot he shop to replace as he did not have the proper equipment on is truck. So my daughter was stranded on the side of the highway at 1:00 AM. He returned an hour later and installed the wheel on the car. The next time I see my daughter, I always check her car and noticed that they had put the wrong size tire on the car which is dangerous for driving and can damage the front end. However, I called the manager and told him of the situation and simply wanted them to replace the tire to the correct size. Well, his first reaction was that it was not his company...so I sent him the receipt. He then said that my daughter provided the size...not true and I reminded him that the guy took the tire back to the shop and replaced so did he not look at the tire size...I guess it is easier to blame a 24 year old girl. He then stated that we bought it "as is"...I would hope that only refers to the used tire...not the wrong product. They are suppose to be the professionals here. Then he miraculously produces a receipt dated that same day showing he bought the right size tire. Not sure what this proves but there were a few issues with this receipt. First it was after 1:00AM in the morning so where do you buy a tire at that time? Secondly, the receipt shows that he bought a new tire...the tire they installed was used, which we agreed to that night. There has been no communication since I sent those questions concerning the receipt. Very unethical. All they had to do was the right thing and replace the used tire. read more
