While doing a cross country trip from California to Ohio, I unfortunately picked up a roofing nail…read morein my rear tire while crossing N. Dakota into Minnesota. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't fish out the nail or plug the tire. I called around dealerships (was riding an Honda ST1300 which has an odder sized rear tires) and Wheels Inc said they could help me out. I got there less then an hour before they closed on July 3rd, and they were able to get me in the last minute, put on a new rear tire, and get me down the road (of course they stayed later than closing time to finish my tire). In fact, the tire is still on my ST13 as of the time of this review. Truly, I cannot thank them enough for helping me out in a situation like that!!! It really shows they character of the people who work at this dealership, Thank you!

WHEELS, INC IN FARGO, ND IS DISRESPECTFUL AND DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS!!!…read more My son went in to Wheels Inc to buy a replacement motorcycle for the one he just sold last night (at the time he was looking to trade his in). He called in early to let them know he would be on his lunch break and on a schedule, what cycle he was interested in, what he was trading in (a cycle he had bought brand new there when I bought mine 2 years ago), etc. A salesman named Charlie treated him like s***. My son (21) was told he couldn't sit on the motorcycle or drive it because they only allow people who are serious about buying to do those things. They offered him $3,000 for a 2020 bike they had 2 months ago had offered over $6,000 for because they saw new scratches - when my son asked where, he said he didn't want to take time to show it to him. My son wanted to ask some additional questions about the bike and was told by another salesman to "look it up online, it's all there". Every time he asked a question the salesman walked away and went into his office. He spent more than 90 minutes getting nowhere. My son asked him straight out if he wanted his business, he got a "no" and a nod toward the door. Because someone comes in his work clothes full of dirt and grease means he is a hard worker. It does not mean you can treat him like shit. It means he took time out of his day, time out of his paycheck because he is serious about the new bike you put online and was the first person and wanted to put money down on it, which you wouldn't accept. My son straight out owns his truck, his boat. Because he doesn't sit in an office doesn't mean he can't afford a nice touring bike. I urge everyone to stay away from Wheels in Fargo and do not do business there. If you're blue collar, they don't care. I have never heard of such horrible treatment. Shame on you.

Definitely a great place to get your bike serviced. Everytime I've needed work done on my…read moremotorcycle I bring it here. It's reasonably priced and the turn around time is always really quick. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. The gentleman I worked with everytime is Casey. Go see him that guy will take care of you.

I will never darken their door again: Dakota Cat recommended replacing my son's whole motor instead of a rebuild and it made sense to me for several reasons, including a warranty on the new motor. Fast forward 2 weeks and sled won't start, error codes, etc. . Took it back into Dakota Cat - a few days later Wayne calls and tells me because we've been burning Amsoil in it he has voided our warranty and wanted to charge me $192 on top of spending $3100 two weeks earlier! By refusing to honor their warranty, Dakota Cat is in violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. This FEDERAL LAW states if an oil meets manufacturer spec's it is illegal to void a warranty. Also, Wayne gave me no paperwork or any indication burning any oil other than Arctic would void the warranty. I'm a loyal, lifelong Arctic Cat rider. 40 years exclusively on Cats---- but dealing with Wayne has me to where my next sled will be anything but an Arctic. Do yourself a favor and see Larry at Hi10 Sports in Hawley. It's worth the drive.
