I took my car to this place for my first time with 2 subwoofers I've owned for 15+ years with no…read moreprior issues until the ground cable came undone and would no longer supply power to my amp. Took them an hour and a half to clean it up and reattach it. They charged me $150 for the labor. Two days later one of my speakers blew after playing half a song at full volume and I was very upset because I've never had issues at full volume for a short amount of time. I took the car back and told them what happened, since the repair was still under warranty they took my car in only to confirm my speaker was blown. Since the speaker I had was discontinued I had little choice but to get 2 new subwoofers from them and get them installed right away. Their prices of their speakers marked up 150% so I had them price match a good supplier which was nice but on top of that they made me pay another half an hour of labor to put them in and adjust the amp like they should've done in the first place. I ended up paying a whopping $380 for what should've been a simple repair. In the end, all I got was a giant hole in my pocket and a lifetime warranty on the speakers I bought from them. I'm very disappointed with the experience I had at Sight on Sound, do better.

I ONLY RECOMMEND…read moreDOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU FEEL LIKE GETTING SCREWED. they told me they could put a cruise control in my van and they insisted on being paid up front. like a fool i paid in full. when they called me around the time it was supposed to be done and told me that i gave them the wrong year of the van and that caused them to order the wrong part. basically blaming me for their mistake. i went to pick up my van and get my money back the lady that was to give me back my money was conveniently not there. the van is my work vehicle so i missed a whole day of working to have the cruise put in and i wasn't about to wait around for her to get back. i call and got hung up on several times. i went back to their shop a couple different times to get my money back because i wasn't about to do business with a company that treats their customers the way i was being treated. long story short they didn't give me my money back , one of their worker basically told me he was going to beat me up (who is probably in jail do to the multiple assault charges pending that he was bragging about) I wouldn't recommend any body do business with this company. i sued them in small claims court and they didn't even bother showing up and i still haven't seen a dime. they basically stole $375.00 from me and from what i could tell didn't even touch my van. Worst experience ever. Speakers installed for 140 (was quoted 120 as I had harness/brackets/etc…read morealready). 1 out of 4 speakers was not near as loud/crisp as other 3. Called and explained issue and was asked to come back next day. Came back next day and was asked by first tech "why did you come back if you don't even understand if issue is related to bad hardware vs bad install," I wasn't listening in ideal listening spot by 2nd tech, and I was playing games by 3rd tech since I expected left and right speakers to sound similar (exact same model). eventually they found out I was right about speaker not sounding like others (bad speaker), but was offered no apology or refund since I didn't buy speakers from them. I didn't expect a refund, but didn't expect to be harassed by 3 techs either. These guys are worthless punks. Walk into the store and talk to them for 1 minute if you don't believe me.
