He wasn't wearing a mask and didn't require the students to wear them. When I called to complain bc I have a severely immunocompromised family member, he grudgingly said he could wear one, but would not require others in the car to wear them. I told him we could not take that risk and asked for a refund for the remaining five lessons. He refused, saying that he wasn't refusing service. I called another school, and when they contacted him for the completion certificate of the online portion, he played games about releasing it. Complete lack of professionalism and ethics.

He gives great feedback for him on what he needs to work on for the next lesson. He made sure my son knew it was his responsibility to schedule his appointments and make sure he was on time for the lessons. When I went on my first drive I had very little experience and I was 15 at the time, my mom had told him this before we begain the lesson and instead of helping me calmly and showing me the right way how to turn the driving wheel while turning he angrily grabbed my hands and yelled at me for not doing it "his way". He made a 15 year old kid cry for not know how to drive and humiliated him in front of another student who was on his last drive. Andy from Ajs driving school should not have a licens to drive a car but somehow managed to be able to teach children?! He needs to retire and I dont recomend him for teaching anyone!
