Tires were what I was looking for and they went to work, mounted, balanced and made sure I was happy with them before I left the shop. She helped get our insurance to pay for the cost. They fixed us in less than 30 mins and we were on our way to New Orleans. About 5 miles down the interstate another rock took a chip out of the windshield and so we turned around and went back. They laughed and we fixed that chip as well. Unfortunately we noticed that one of the chips is starting to split so we may need another repair!!!! I still appreciate all their help!!!

While the job time was a bit extended, the work performed was impressive. I was very happy. The car is not a primary car and mostly used as a means to destress. Driving around the back roads of Mississippi is a lot of fun and having our BMW back in service is great. I should mention that after having spent over $4000 at the BMW dealer in Berkeley (CA) and having very poor work done on it, I was about to get rid of the car. They did a very poor job and in many cases, did not do the work they claimed to have done. We found this out after the engine was disassembled in Meridian and found parts which were to be new were clearly not even touched by the dealer. Thank you again for good work.

They appear to only carry top of the line brands. They had me in and out in an hour for a full windshield at a reasonable price. The work itself appears to be done very well. They either use laser cutting, or have an extremely steady hand. Definitely using them from now on, and would definitely recommend!

The gentlemen working here chose to stay back after hours to help me out. They were super upfront about the repair job, understanding and more than helpful. They had a place for me to sit while I waited if I didn't want to wait in my vehicle, they added me into conversation while I hung around and it felt more like I was cared for more than just a customer.
