I have gone to Stacy and Lindsay for several years. While I didn't intend to write a review, I was…read morelooking up the phone number and saw two negative reviews. While we are not social with one another, I would consider both Stacy & Lindsay to be friends and they are both consummate professionals. As with any professional, it is their obligation to be honest and truthful in their recommendations to clients. Considering we are discussing appearance, it is sometimes difficult to hear what we need to hear, however I can count on them to be honest & strategic in their recommendations, even if it means they will not be performing a particular service because they do not believe the result will uphold their standards. The beauty industry is full of people who will perform any service just to make money and that is not how this company operates. They truly recommend and will only perform services which they truly believe the client will receive a valuable benefit from.

I had been seeing Stacy at the Greeley office for about a year. Unfortunately she's unable to do…read morethe eye area and she sent me to the Fort Collins office to see Lindsey. The only one able to do the area. I was very excited. When I got to the Fort Collins office it was closed even though it was only 3:50. Eventually the receptionist came and opened it up. She told me Lindsay would be along any moment and got me settled. When Lindsay finally arrived she was not at all pleasant. I felt like she didn't want to be there. I sat in the chair and she asked me what I was looking to have done. I told her I was there for filler in my eye troughs and my crow's feet and also in the vertical line between my eyebrows. She said no, I won't do the static lines. Only the troughs. Absolutely no explanation as to why. She then asked what I had done with Stacy. I moved my hands to my cheeks with a lifting action and said Stacey and I have been working on placing filler in areas that will give me a natural lift. Before I could finish what I was saying she cut me off and said oh that motion your doing on your face that means you just need to see a plastic surgeon. There's only so much we can do with filler. At this point the wind was out of my sails. I was extremely uncomfortable. Then I asked if the special on the filler was going to be applied. It was $150 off when I made the appointment a month and a half earlier. Lindsay yelled (no I'm not kidding she actually yelled) out of the room to the receptionist in the front of the office to ask. The reply was no. I asked why it wouldn't be applied to my visit and was told it just isn't a special. I then explained that it should be applied because it certainly wasn't my fault she was booked out that far. She just looked at me. So I said I'll have to think about all this and get back to you. Then I left. I was so disappointed. I had been waiting and saving for such a long time. And I rarely get to do much for myself. I still trusted Stacy though and was unaware of the lengths Lindsey would go to to cover her tracks. So when the time came for more filler. I called to make an appointment. Stacy was unavailable for the whole day and now I understand why. When she finally called at the end of the day she said that Lindsay had told her that I was not pleased with Stacy's work so she (Stacy) no longer wanted to work on me. What?! I tried to explain what really happened. And in her defense she did listen to my side. She then told me her schedule was full. I definitely got the impression she didn't want me to come back I decided that if Stacy actually had heard 4 months ago that I was not a happy client why didn't she contact me directly? She chose her employee's lies over what actually happened and now I'm choosing another clinic. I gave 2 stars because before the unprofessionalism that I experienced I had been absolutely pleased with Stacy's work. If you go to Northern Colorado Laser and Skin please do not go anywhere near Lindsay. I no longer feel like I was of any importance to Stacy. She obviously does not take the time to make sure that her clients are happy, with her work or anyone else in her clinics. I usually don't write bad reviews but I'm really shocked by this one. Like seriously, how does a paying client get the shaft over a miserable employee who clearly hates her job?

I had a very poor experience. I was given Cymbalta without appropriate screening or advisement…read more Cymbalta appears to have a history of this: https://www.schmidtlaw.com/cymbalta-suicide-lawsuit/ They deliberately left me in continued severe pain, and in severe antidepressant discontinuation syndrome that their negligence caused over the Christmas holiday, which is the worst time for suicide. I am lucky to have lived through it. So the most egregious is failure to even care about a human being. They said they would at least try injections that don't work in hopes I can finally put that bad faith to bed, but he has left me hanging for MONTHS. Bad enough he can't bother to read my paperwork and trust me.when I say the last 3 times did almost nothing and RFA throughout my C-spine did NOTHING. They also did not respect and in some cases violated other patient rights, as well as failed to follow suggested ethical guidelines. Examples include failing to provide timely treatment, failure to provide continuity of treatment, failing to give me any agency in my treatment, and failing to provide any options. The doctor appeared to me to be ignorant about medication and the neurotransmitters they impact. He flat out told me that Cymbalta and Lyrica is the same thing, which is ignorance or delusion. At the very least he doesn't know the difference between GABA and seratonin / norepinephrine. Falsely claims it's dangerous to take 5 meu with cannabis which IS delusion. He'd clearly prefer to hook people on 60+ MEU oxy, so long as they don't take cannabis, which is as dangerous as prescribing antidepressants and placebos for severe chronic pain. Clearly has ZERO problem hooking people on Cymbalta, which made me WORSE while refusing continuity of successful treatment, without any scientifically or medically valid reason. Continuing an involuntary taper despite CDC advising clearly and directly against such action and without any cause or justification. I would warn against trusting this doctor to respect patient rights and medical ethics or perform due diligence. https://www.ama-assn.org/delivering-care/ethics/patient-rights This "doctor" is engaging in torture. The human rights commission has concluded that witholding pain treatment is cruel and inhumane and amounts to torture. https://www.practicalpainmanagement.com/treatments/pharmacological/opioids/united-nations-says-untreated-pain-inhumane-cruel?page=0,1

I wound up seeing Dr. Tennant via a bunch of confusion, but am glad that I wound up under his care…read more He switched my antidepressant to Cymbalta 30 mg and I'm the most pain free I've been in in a very long time. My cervical spine is a disaster. I have herniations from C4-7, stenosis, osteophytes, pinched nerves and nerve roots, and reversal of normal cervical lordosis. My muscles have stayed tense for years because they try to straighten out my spine. I have been feeling so well that I almost cancelled my appointment for Trigger Point Injections. I kept that appointment though and am feeling even better. Just a minor headache remains. I've had bad reactions to psych meds in the past and actually ruined my life for a bit after taking Paxil. So, I'm very hesitant to try new meds, but am glad that I did. There is genetic testing that can be done to see which medications are either good or bad for us, but they are kinda pricey. I'm back to driving on a more full time basis and am very grateful for this practice. Physicians "practice" medicine and there is often a trial and error period while things get worked out. I refuse to use opiates to treat my pain and am glad that those weren't pushed on me here.
