I saw Kira and she was WONDERFUL. She pegged my hair perfectly which is not easy to do. She then styled my hair that showed me I could actually like having a beach wave in it when I've never liked that before. Highly recommend them and her specifically for your hair needs.

My experience with going to salons over the years has been hit and miss. I didn't want my hair to get fried or to have it chopped in a triangle shape because curly hair is different, right! I needed someone to understand what I was looking for, to cover my grays but as low maintenance as possible. Kayli gave me a free consultation, which was perfect. She listened to my ideas and concerns and the best part is she made it happen! She's got skills y'all! Highlights, lowlights, shadow root and trim which made the most of my curls without going too short. The salon has a happy vibe and is very cozy. The other stylist was doing amazing work on the clients who sat in her chair as well. I could see how happy the other gals were to be there. I highly recommend TC Hair Studio.

The end result is always WAAAAY better than the picture! I'm a natural red head, and it has been scary letting people touch my hair, but I trust Samantha with my life!! Not to mention her team of talented ladies! I have seen Emily for Lash extensions for MONTHS before Covid hit us. Hopefully I can get back into lash extensions once everything comes back to life! Emily listens to you as well, talking through what she thinks is best and confirming the look you want to achieve before starting. I give her a bit of leway on her opening time (she often opens late) because, I think, she is a young mother running a business and caring for a family. I usually get my hair cut at a 1/4" length, which she has no problem with. I once went to her salon early (probably 9:15), and she was nowhere to be found, so I went to "Stupidcuts" down the street near Fred Meyer. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made to get my haircut. As I mentioned above I usually get my hair cut at a 1/4" length, Stupidcuts refused to do it. I just needed to clean up the mop that had grown on my head. The total at Stupidcuts was $30, and they wouldn't cut any shorter than 3/4", I think it was the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Getting my hair cut there (at Stupidcuts) wound up costing me $50, $30 for them to cut it wrong + $20 for Lynn to fix their screw-up.

I Love, Love, Love this salon!!! It's clean, nicely decorated and the products they use are top…read morenotch. I was really bothered to see some of the negative reviews on here. Having known a few of these girls for years, I can be the first to say that you must try this place for yourself and remember that for every one person that is pissed, there are a hundred whom are happy and generally most people do not take the time to write nice reviews. So let me start by saying that my stylist is Nicky, however Neena has stepped in in a pinch before when Nicky was away. I love these ladies. Nicky, Phama, Neena and Liz are the best and usually the main ladies I see when I have my appointments, however all of the ladies whom work here are nice and professional. I would trust any of them to do my hair and to give me their honest opinion. I can say that in any service based industry, you are going to have people who don't get you, maybe they don't get exactly what you want your hair to look like, or maybe, just maybe you can not explain it correctly either. Bringing in a picture is great, however maybe your hair is not the same texture as the person in the picture, etc. Any stylist will do thier best, but let's be honest... no two people look the same and no two cuts will look the same either. Also you should never go to someone for four months, claim you hate your hair, they are not doing a good job and then expect a refund. If your looking for a free, or cheap service then maybe your friend who will do your hair for "coffee" is the better option for you. Also NEVER EVER treat your own hair in-between a color process your and your stylist are working on. If you go elsewhere, or put something into your hair that your stylist has not given, or recommended for you, you are asking for breakage and other issues. To anyone who reads these reviews. Remember there are always two sides to a story and take it from a very loyal client of 15 plus years (with Nicky) your will be happy here.
