Glenn Helder is a true professional who raises the bar for what a home inspection should be. From the moment he arrived, his thoroughness and calm, pleasant demeanor made me feel confident I was in expert hands. His responsiveness leading up to the inspection and quick turnaround on the final report were also a breath of fresh air during a fast-moving process. So we, of course, had zero idea of what to expect during the walk-through inspection (that was scheduled last minute.) Not only was Vinny incredibly accommodating, but he was also very communicative. He arrived early for the inspection, and as soon as I met him, I immediately felt comfortable with his calm and personable/welcoming demeanor. He was incredibly thorough throughout the whole process. Checked things I would never have thought to check and encouraged us to ask all and every question that came to mind. As soon as he'd see something that immediately concerned him or something that could potentially become a problem years from now, he'd voice his thoughts to us. Considering this is a new construction, we were a bit surprised with the amount of things that needed fixing--nothing serious, primarily cosmetic.
