I appreciated the quick response, having the replacement unit on hand, and how quickly you replaced the old unit. 100% professional. I use Yelp often when I need a service done, and the most important thing I look for is that whoever I hire is licensed to do the job, which you are, and you have A LOT of reviews already. If any of my neighbors or friends should ever need help with a garage issue, I feel fully confident in recommending Two Brothers for the job.

They were quick and right on time. As soon as the technician got here, he spotted the problem in under 2 minutes. Dave was super nice and even helped me program our clickers and our app to open and close the garage door. He didn't waste any time getting everything done. He even gave me some garage 101 tips. Last time Joel added some support "struts" to the door and this time in a completely unrelated repair he replaced the door spring which breaks over time with age. I was lucky to catch Joel between jobs and he came out within 1-2 hours. We have security gates and had good communication with him on text to get him in. He is a super nice man and efficient worker. He finished the repair in about 15-25 minutes. I did not have enough cash on me to pay him the exact amount, so he told me to forget the relatively small difference because we are repeat customers who will call him again as need--that's how a good businessman does business. Hopefully our old door will last a while longer, but if it needs another repair or to be replaced, then we will definitely call Joel. If you need help with your garage door, we definitely recommend you give Joel a try.

And while he was out he fixed a problem I had with a separate gate for no charge. We agreed on a solution that worked for everyone, and Kind, including Antonio their sales guy, came out several times to make sure it was implemented 100% to my satisfaction. I wasn't the easiest to please but they were determined to do so and it really showed. At the end, they billed me a more than fair discounted amount to compensate for the issues they'd had with the job. Kind showed to me as a company that genuinely cares about their customers and reputation - strongly recommend.
