If you're thinking of hiring them, think again…read more First, take a detailed look at any contract they provide. Ensure that all clauses are fair and evenhanded. They will try to push clauses that are solely to their benefit. Second, ask for references. The experience I had with them was, at best, subpar and at worst nonexistent. They would stop doing work required by contract for long periods of time without any communication. Third, ask for documentation of services provided. In my experience, they keep poor or no records. My advice to anyone looking for commercial lawn service is to go with one of the bigger, more reputable companies. You'll pay about the same price, but your work actually will be completed on schedule. (The review that said they laid fresh mulch around a dead tree stump made me chuckle because they did the same for us.)
