Darren is the owner and a hard working man. We learned of his shop through a tow truck driver who told us he purchased all of his tires through Darren, which is what we needed to hear. Today my tire was low, figured it had a nail in it and stopped by, no appointment, they looked at the car right away, replaced a valve stem, no charge as we had bought the tires there and away I went. We have bought 2 full sets of tires, had an oil change and had a nail pulled from a tire and we have never been there for a long wait. This is the place to go, they can get most brands and they don't have all of the ridiculous overhead or franchise fees and all of the other things that make the price of your tires go up and up. When Darren quotes you a price it is the price on the rim and out the door, not this that and the other thing added on once you get there.

If available, they have loaner vehicles or do shuttle service which is such a great add-on to their amazing customer service. If you are waiting, there is a waiting room with comfortable seating and magazines for reading. They give you a call during the waiting process to update you on your vehicle. We never feel pressured to purchase unnecessary extras but are informed when there may be future visits. The best thing though, is the cookie they put in your car when you leave. Unlike the dealer, I didn't have to take the car back for a second visit to get the initial repair fixed!! To top it off, they replaced the battery in my key and vacuumed out my car without asking. And the cookies they leave on the dashboard are delicious. As long as I am living within a 2-hour drive of the Wake Forest location, I'll be a loyal customer.
