I feel really fortunate that David from Elements replied to my message. He and his colleagues repaired yesterday my car, and reattached securely the spoiler in less than one hour. I've been having problem on which auto detailer to go that has fair price, since my dealership screw me over with the car that I have, telling me that my warranty should cover those scratches before i signed my contract. When i submitted a claim from global warranty, they said that its not claimable since the scratches are too deep. Thank goodness that I meet this dude from our subaru group. We agreed on a time and date when the weather looked like it would hold off on the rain and the detailers arrived on schedule. Anthony and his team did an amazing job. They went above and beyond. The vehicles were left in new condition. I asked them not to use Armor All as it makes things too slick and dust sticks to it. They had an alternate product that worked out well. I expected to see window streaks the next day in certain light because it is hard to get that right and I don't do a good job of it myself, but they were clean! The price was reasonable and the work was very professional. I have recommended them to many other people since. We were so pleased!
