    I used this company 5 months ago, the cleaning person they…read moresent did an amazing job. I was supposed to have another cleaning service two weeks later. Nicole fired that person, even though she did a fantastic job for me. Nicole did not have enough people and was trying to juggle to figure out my next cleaning. I ended up finding someone myself. I gave Nicole another try this past week. She said she was sending her best person, Gisele, (she didn't know my name) for a DEEP CLEANING. The absolute worst cleaning experience I have ever had. Gisele was 35 minutes late and didn't know how to clean. Nothing was put back in its place. Candles left on benches. The sheets on my bed sideways. Simple, specific instructions for a blanket were beyond her capability. She used a swiffer to dust around everything on the tables. Nothing on any table was moved or wiped down. My dining room table and chairs missed completely. My kitchen wasn't touched-top of fridge, handles-nothing, even the floor was never mopped. My office not touched, the lint trap for my dryer was laying on the counter. The washer was not cleaned. My dust pan left on top of clean laundry on top of my dryer. Empry packaging from the swiffer left on my nightstand, bottles of my cleaning supplies left on counters in my bathrooms, garbage cans never emptied. She dusted the AC vents and the cover for the filter somehow came open and she just left it hanging from the ceiling. Missing remote, bags I was saving-GONE. Gisele told me she did not know what she should be cleaning. I handed her a copy of the invoice that Nicole sent me with everything listed AFTER I walked her through and showed her. The majority of what was on that list was not cleaned. I called Nicole the next day when I had an opportunity to see everything and received a very abrupt "I'm sorry. It'll be better next time. Everybody loves Gisele." No offer to send somebody to finish or correct everything, no partial refund. I did not even have an opportunity to go over everything that was wrong. Nicole was in a hurry to get off the phone. At that point I knew there was not going to be a next time. I did send Nicole a lot of pictures and comments on the invoice of everything that wasn't done or done very poorly. It has been 5 days and I have never heard back from Nicole. I ended up doing Gisele's cleaning. It's obvious Gisele is inexperienced and Nicole does not communicate properly. Nicole should have visited my house to go over everything beforehand. She should have returned to see everything that was not completed. As far as everything out of place, I recommended to Nicole that she tell Gisele to take a picture before she moves things so that she can put items back where they belong. Such a horrible experience. I spent 3 hours of my work day showing Gisele tasks that she should have been capable of and I am incredibly disappointed on so many levels.

Thursdays at 11 am and wanted to keep team 7 , Marisa and Pricilla, as our only cleaners. They said of course, no problem. However, the next visit was a different team so i had to explain to them what i needed done. I called Crystal and said please send team 7 from now on or cancel. She agreed and said OK. The next time was great with team 7. A couple weeks later Crystal informed me there was a scheduling change to the next visit and they changed my std Thursday morning at 11 to another day and time which didn't fit my schedule. Yesterday, March 2, 2026 Rachel called to say there is another scheduled change and they can't come this Thursday unless they send a different team. Her reasoning is because since I switched to once a month they can't guarantee what team comes (there are only two of us so bi weekly was overkill at $170 for a 1 hour cleaning visit). I was already on the books FOR A MONTH for team 7! And what difference does it make how often my service is? You can't just shuffle people around like that. So 3 of the 5 visits were adjusted to fit them not me. We have schedules too that we work around to fit them in. I'm so mad at them, I canceled my service and will go elsewhere. Think twice before you hire them. Not a way to run a business.

A Rep came by to take a look at the house and then submitted a very reasonable estimate and we set an appointment. Kelly and her team came in and they were a cleaning tornado. Nothing was missed, appliances look like new (oven, fridges, stove tops) lighting fixtures sparkle, The shower looked better then when it was brand new (3 years ago) Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms cleaned inside and out. The house has never looked better. I wish I had called FIVE STARS sooner and enjoyed living with the results myself. Thank you Kelly, you and your team are awesome.

Luckily, I was able to be flexible and work with her new schedule. It wasn't convenient, but I was desperate. I paid 3 people each what equates to $40/hr for a "deep clean." It needed some extra attention, but was not in bad shape. It felt pretty expensive, but they did a good job. Skip to December 2022, when I contact Kelly to hire her crew again. I request any time before Christmas and am told "maybe the 15th." I said I need to know for sure. She said, okay.. 15th and I'll tell you the time two days before. I said no, that doesn't work as I have other things to schedule and need a smaller window. She said she'd probably be able to be here sometime between noon and four. I asked if we could narrow the window to 12-2 and she said she hasn't planned that far in advance. (Mind you, today is the 7th and we're talking about service on the 15th.) I said I could wait a couple of days for her to create a schedule, but not a week. And she said we should just cancel. Clearly, Kelly has no interest in working for her clients. She makes you feel like you need to win her approval in order to be lucky enough to overpay her for her poorly-managed services. Kelly Sato Miranda: do better. *Responding: I was willing to forgive your scheduling problems once, that's why I attempted to hire you again. But no, not even the worst box store could get away with a "maybe" delivery date and a "sometime" delivery time. If you want to be the best, treat your clients like you would want to be treated. If you want to be compared to Comcast customer service, well.. then you still need to improve!
