When scrambling to find someone to replace our water heater tank, the contractors that came by,…read morepointed out that our wall was framed in, making it impossible to take it out. Yelp lead me to Lucky 17 Handyman in my area. Mr. Lacina was prompt when he came by for an assessment of our situation. A work price was agreed upon and I was relieved that he would be able to come by the next morning to do the job. He ran into some unforeseen things while knocking down a section of our wall and he didn't charge us more for it. He wanted to minimize as much damage as he could to the other side of the wall so he tried to locate the nails with his metal finder. He marked them and pulled out all the nails from the other side before cutting into the studs behind the wall. He definitely knew what he is doing, very diligent. The next day, i had a flood in the kitchen under the sink . he came and fixed it. He said it was a loose screw. Then the bathroom showerhead that he installed was poring water from the faucet as well as the overhead shower. Called to have him come, never came. Then the kitchen faucet that he installed became loose. I asked him to come and fix it and he never came. Then I found out that the water filter that he installed, he never did.
