They have a very well laid out store and employ a few staff that on each floor that are always friendly, polite and willing to give you assistance if you need it.

Despite this, it is tidy and the staff do a good job in keeping it looking ok. They sell a variety of goods from healthcare to food, and toys to books. I've picked up many bargains in there, and bought things I would have paid double for elsewhere. You obviously have to be choosey about what you buy, but can find great things in there if you look.
