Darci is the first person you meet and what a great ambassador she is...friendly and welcoming. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. My Physical Therapist was Nic and he was fabulous. He did a thorough assessment and taught me a lot of stretching and strengthening exercises to do that have really helped. I also had deep tissue massage which really diminished my hip pain to a point where I was essentially pain free. I recommend Reform PT unequivocally and also told my doctor to definitely consider them when referring their patients.

This is a truly exceptional place…read more I tore my MCL four months back, and as a runner, it completely destroyed me and my whole life. I felt like I had no hope. I was walking home from the bus station one day and saw this place. I figured, why not call? What's to lose? They immediately were so kind, took my insurance, helped me. My PT, Dahne, is absolutely incredible. She has helped me go from barely being able to walk, to being able to climb Katahdin and run seven miles. She has listened to my goals and helped me achieve them- and it's hard work, but she pushes me and teaches me about how strong our bodies can be. I have never met another person that has inspired me so much in my fitness journey. I am so, so grateful for her. I'm still healing- MCL still gets spicy- and I'm so glad I have Dahne to help me. Being a chubby girl with an injury is embarrassing. But I never feel judged here. I cannot recommend enough.

I also started to have some lower back pain due to me compensating for the pain in my neck and shoulders, which made my posture change. This was one of my last options. I've never had acupuncture but was told to give it a try. I made the appointment with Victoria and as soon as I walked through the door I felt comfortable. Victoria listened to my concerns, asked me about everything I had gone through with genuine concern. I never felt rushed and although I have only been to a couple sessions, I have noticed that along with my Botox injections and the acupuncture, this is the first time in almost 5 years that I am noticing a slight difference. Victoria told me that it would take twice a week for a while to really feel the difference as did Neurology with my Botox. After ONE session, my back was better! I never would have believed it could help in just one session. I am so thankful that I chose to make the appointment with Whole Health and Victoria. She is outstanding and professional! She makes me feel so comfortable! She actually listens to my concerns instead of just telling me what I need. I highly recommend Whole Health and Victoria! Don't wait like I did.
