If you don't expect anything to go wrong, Tapestry Bocage is on the pricier side for what it delivers. However, expect any issue to be mishandled and poorly communicated.

The Good..... - The pool is not green - Dangling Light above grill was "zip tied" repaired. - The landscaping was upgraded with mulch and trees/bushes trimmed. I'm sure there will be a nice response from management stating " all is being addressed yet will take time". My question is, HOW MUCH TIME?? I'd just like to know the priority status of these issues.
