I found their pricing to be fair, I really like the staff and Dr Rasbury. And with the many return trips for Puppy shots I've seen many emergencies come in. We love Gibraltar Veterinary Hospital! Our dog is a problem child. She had extreme anxiety when we…read morerescued her, began having seizures shortly after that, and has had a variety of other health concerns. GVH has helped us through all of these concerns with professionalism, expertise, and compassion. When we moved almost an hour away, we started looking for a new vet, and struggled to find anything near the level of service provided at GVH. Other vets were quick to recommend treatments that are not evidence-based, or rushed through exams. At Gibraltar, they've always taken the time to thoroughly examine our girl, explain why they are recommending a treatment, and if there are alternatives. We now make the hour drive to GVH rather than go anywhere else. On top of all of this, they are a Fear Free Practice. As I mentioned, our dog used to have extreme anxiety, especially with going to the vet. With the hard work from the staff, techs, and doctors, she is now able to do most exams (even blood work!) without needing anxiety medication. If I could, I'd give even more stars!

I have to say that this place is the best as far as affordable pricing for 2 cats I'm impressed. I wanted to give them a second chance. Leo was very scared and upset that he was there and she had no problem doing everything she needed to do in his carrier as to not make the situation worse. This means a lot to me. She finally was able to confirm my appointment I did get there the facility was clean the front desk. Staff was very busy, but still was able to check me in. I waited one hour to be seen by a veterinarian who I would never in my life take my dog to see again. She was very rude and unapproachable. The veterinarian tech was very helpful and informative. this has a $25 for patient visit fee when I went to the front desk I was told that would not apply because that's only for patients who are being seen the first time and getting vaccinations where my was just getting a consultation and a check up and he was already up-to-date on all of his shots so the doctor did not approve the fee. Very unprofessional, if you're looking for someone to treat you like family then this is definitely not the place.
