Bed was a little too firm for me, and I have a preference for firm mattresses. I woke up with a sore back 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed there. We tried to order room service as directed on the TV but the link didn't work, and evidently we had to call down to the front desk to order room service. Front desk directed us to the Tavern in the Sky restaurant to place the order, which we did. 80 mins later with no food delivered, we called back to check the status of the order, and the hostess claimed there was no record of our order. Disappointing - I don't know of any hotels charging over $1,000/night who don't have an easy process for room service ordering. Finally, couldn't get a shuttle to the airport when we checked out. I asked one of the valet gentlemen for help / inquiring if the shuttle was available, since there was evidently no pre-set shuttle schedule. He told me, "just give me one minute" and seemed flustered. Unfortunately my wife and I didn't have the luxury of waiting all day and had to order an Uber so that we could catch our flight out of Green Bay. Just disappointing - the people are all very nice, it's evident they just aren't fully equipped or accustomed to running at full speed or the full capacity entailed in a high profile football weekend.

They r great, u get a lot of room, u can call day or night and they come in a reasonable time if there is a problem. For example, my fridge stopped working I called at 8 am and by 10 am I had a brand new fridge. And it was a Sunday. I recommend the Holmgren Way apartments to anyone. I just want to add they have a great maintenance man that is always in a good mood and friendly. And the office personal always ask how u r and have smiles on there faces.

Coin op laundry in basement steals your coins. And you get yelled at by kathy for making any complaints on neighbors. Then they go back and tell the people who made the complaints to stir up more drama. What a shame. The buildings are falling apart. The playground is not even playable. And the pool is not correctly cared for. Glad i moved out. Will never move back! So long with the unnecessary drama.

If I call for something to be taken care of like wasp nests or a garage door not opening they are out there that day. If I have lease questions they may have to call me back but they do...that day. I've had to be late on rent a few times just for basic life things coming up, and while I did owe the $40 fee they were very pleasant, no questions asked. It's embarrassing to have to do so that was a relief. I will say a big downside is that their office is only open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and that consists of less than 40 hours a week...not very convenient.

Imagine having to walk around that every single day on your way out of your apartment. Every time you pull out of your parking spot or go on a walk, you are reminded of what you also witnessed, which was the case for my partner and I. Now- there were many other things going on in this apartment building that we're not being addressed. From a tenant housing a sexual offender off the lease, to neighbors violating quiet hours on a daily basis for the two years we lived there and NOTHING being done.. this fully impacted my partner.

Waterford was fantastic, no issues, great location and management was always available... Now Aria on the other hand...building is built super cheap and you get charged an arm and a leg for rent... the heating units are terrible (make you feel like you're in a cheap hotel) and running them so so far in the winter created a $250 electric bill and amongst this crazy weather I've been informed they're not sending out the plows due to conditions... well thank god im not an EMT or a doctor that needed to get to work... nice to see the other apartment companies are taking care of their tenants. Three years ago my mom moved into a Lexington Management apartment in Green Bay. It looked great on…read moremove-in day. The staff were friendly and welcoming. She lived there alone for three years -- no kids, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke. She's one of the kindest, most careful people you'll ever meet. Then came move-out. Lexington did something I've never seen any apartment complex do: they went through the entire unit with black lights. Not a standard inspection -- black lights, hunting for anything that would glow. The result? A bill for about forty-seven hundred dollars. They claimed the cabinetry had to be replaced entirely because of some kind of residue. They tore out all the carpet. They replaced every window shade because, quote, she pulled them up and down too many times. A door handle fell off in her hand one day -- she didn't break it, it just snapped -- and that was on her too. They even charged for repainting walls that had normal wear. Here's the part that should worry anyone considering them: Lexington uses cheap materials throughout their buildings. When something breaks because of that cheap workmanship, they charge the tenant anyway -- fault doesn't matter. And it's been reported that their staff are incentivized to document as much damage as possible on move-out, because managers get bonuses based on how much they can charge departing tenants. The goal is simple: keep your entire deposit and then some. When my mom disputed the charges, Lexington didn't negotiate. They just sent it to collections to hit her credit. The units present beautifully when you're touring. That's the trap. If you're thinking about renting from Lexington Management in Green Bay, understand what happens on the way out. They will do everything they can to take advantage of you, and they will not hesitate to damage your credit if you push back. One star. Not because the place looked bad on day one -- because of what they did on day one thousand and ninety-five.
