Tommie was friendly right from the beginning, and took the time to really listen to our situation upon meeting us. He listened to what our financial goals were, and took the time to show us what he thought would work best for us. Not once was I made to feel like I was a "hassle". (The feeling I got from the dealership I almost purchased from). There was absolutely NO pressure while looking at different models, no "back and forth", (I like to keep things simple, and to the point!) and after the numbers where finalized, the paperwork took less than an hour. Again, the numbers were fantastic as far as pricing goes! Tommie saved us almost $10k when it was all said and done. I know he probably saved us more than that really. Again, I almost purchase from another dealership, and am so grateful that we didn't. I can now say, for the first time ever, I didn't feel like I was just another commission check to someone on the lot. I will be buying all my future vehicles from Tommie. I would like to add that the dealership was referred to me from my parents too. They were also so impressed by Tommie's efficiency, professionalism and friendliness, that they are now contemplating upgrading their 2017 Hyundai, to a 2021. Thanks again Tommie!

It's a joke and they know how to buy private cars and clean the outside of them and make them look ok with no proper mechanical inspection!! There vehicles have no business on lot for sale. The repair was flawless was quick and on time. The second incident was when the side of our truck was backed into and crumpled the right rear panel. We only got the one quote with Quality Auto Body Shop because we didn't want anyone else to fix the truck, again, quickly fixed. Even our small town has multiple shops, but Quality Auto Body Shop exceeds in service and the name says it all "Quality." We even received both vehicles back washed and vacuumed!

I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

I dealt with this personally when they towed a white Crown Victoria. I was a licensed dealer, had the title and proper reassignment paperwork, and they still refused to release the car. That's either gross incompetence when it comes to dealer titles or a deliberate attempt to squeeze more money out of people. I should have reported this to DMV enforcement. Now they're doing the same thing to someone else. A friend of mine was in a serious accident, and they won't even allow his wife to access the truck to retrieve personal belongings. Even worse, they're refusing to release the vehicle to anyone other than the registered owner, claiming "only he can pay for it because that's the law." That is flat-out false. You've made an enemy out of me. Your business model appears to be taking advantage of people when they're at their lowest. Predatory, dishonest, and unethical. I hope you had fun offloading that blown up Crown Vic especially considering it was registered to the South Carolina Police in your eyes hahah.
