As of today, October 9, 2023 it is not done and they have no idea when. I went there with a police officer over 2 weeks ago (many calls to them since) and the manager yelled at me telling me she can't do nothing about it but it would be done by Friday. 2 weeks later, today, I call and she couldn't tell me anything more. I did call back and told her I want to talk to the owner! Was told he was there and would call me back. I don't suggest this company to anyone!!

I try to give my business to the small local companies and…read moreI had a great experience with City Upholstery many years ago so I didn't give it a second thought when three inches of the headliner in my 2013 Avalon came loose at one edge. I was told that to fix it required an entire headliner replacement. I had to return to this place FOUR times and I still have a crappy looking headliner with dirt smudges, wrinkles and ugly divots. After my last visit they assured me it was as good as they could make it. THATS when the entire roof started to fall down around my ears because they forgot the clips in front, at sun roof and in the back!! See attached pic. What REALLY pisses me off, though, is that I had to have a new headliner on a seven year old car. #toyota really needs to improve upon their quality in that regard. Buyer beware. Edit: they did refund half of what I paid and apologized. But I still had a to return after that.

Disappointed Wing…read moreback chair was recovered a sky blue velvet fabric at a cost of $15.00 a yard. The chair was fairly taylored but there were several flaws which I am not impressed with. They have freshened up the wingback but to be honest I could have bought loose covers much cheaper if that's all I wanted. There price was overpriced for the workmanship of my wingback. And returned to me knowingly with a broken back leg, glue to camouflage the broken and split back leg, which was reattached without re-inserting the screws at all. I feel they knew that back leg would give away a month or so at my expense. Well you got over on me BUT PLEASE KNOW THAT I WILL "NEVER" EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE!!!!
