Cleanliness, especially in restrooms, makes a strong first impression, and this area could definitely use improvement. The atmosphere also felt a bit uncomfortable. As someone new to the place, I noticed several patrons staring in a way that made me feel like I didn't quite belong. It created an uneasy vibe that was unexpected.
