Seriously , I mean you will get it cheaper online but where else can you drive down the street and grab parts and accessories you need in one shot? I have always had knowledgeable staff assistance and the only time I've ever had to wait was when they were so busy I couldn't even imagine that many people needed to be at auto zone at once. Sadly I only ever ask for advice when I find myself here in dire straits with my various junk boxes - but they always help me so much just to figure out a general idea of whats wrong with my vehicle before I go nuts and send it to the dealership for repair, when it could be as simple as adding a special additive to the engine or something. Also any automotive shop/garage/industry that hires women on a regular basis - has got my business!!

But due to the fact there were a few screws that he had to remove and it was cold out, he wouldn't do it. I've tried to do business with them a few times, I feel every time I've been there it's huge inconvenience for them. I'm now a O'Rielly auto parts patron, great service and knowledgeable at O'Riellys

I wanted to replace the beat up seats in my truck with a newer model's. I made an inquiry using the…read moreonline form and got a quick response. I had additional questions and instead of replying back with email, my salesman Jay Ablaza called me. He asked me what I was looking for and made every effort to understand my needs. We settled on a price that was less than half the price I saw for similar gently used seats on that famous internet auction site. I called on a Friday and we made arrangements for me to pick them up on Tuesday. This was a leap of faith, as I paid in advance over the phone and it was an hour and a half drive. I was not disappointed. Jay came out, shook my hand, and an employee loaded the seats into the back of my truck. The seats were exactly what I was looking for, and they were in great condition, just as advertised. I do all the repairs for our vehicles at home and if I am ever in need of quality used auto parts, the first place I will call is New England Auto & Truck Recyclers. Jay and the team impressed me enough I found myself needing to write a review to help others.

My transmission went out on my Tundra they delivered a transmission I purchased a two-year warranty…read morewith labor, they delivered a transmission that looked like hell covered in snow was told that was the only transmission they had and it had a tail shaft so it was out of a 2 Wheel Dr. not a four-wheel-drive and that my mechanic needed to put it in, so they put it in it didn't shift into 6th gear. Transmission was junk, next transmission went in and worked for about six months then reverse went out on that one had them deliver a replacement transmission with no issue on that however they were not paying for labor again... was very unimpressed with the quality of the transmissions and customer service. I just crossed the two-year mark but only a year and a half on the third transmission and that is throwing codes. Don't buy anything that has moving parts from them.

I purchased a used VW diesel engine from Ollie's for a high school shop class biodiesel project…read morecar. I later found the engine was incorrect for the vehicle. The owner of Ollie's far exceeded my expectations to find the correct engine for the project. Teaching "shop" in a low income district has take me to several used auto parts businesses over the years. My experience with Ollie's was by far the best! While it may not seem as "Professional" as some of the larger businesses in the industry, it is my kind of place. I would rather be placed on hold when I call while the owner juggles his small business if it means I will get quality used parts at fair prices. If you desire a feeling of importance and privilege then call a "Big Box" used auto parts retailer and talk to a salesperson. If you want to pay far less for same parts without all the frills - call Ollie's. In the end, the engine has worked great and our students had greasy hand's and smiles! Thanks Ollie's! I wish more businesses like yours have survived.
