Office manager is not knowledgeable on the responsibilities of running a apt complex. She seems to never know what's going on. After hour maintainence does not hurry to fix any issues, so basically you are stuck. They provide a rent box in which rent can be deposited in but then the incompetent office manager does not have the key to open it and will claim your rent is late. Keep any paperwork for your records. Read your lease. On the weekend the apt complex is dirty and the garbage over flows the garbage can in front of building.when it snows they do a sloppy job in removing the snow. You are better off paying a deposit if u decide to rent here hopefully you don't bc you will regret it. The bond company they use to say they help you in not paying a deposit will end up costing you a lot. Once you move out the incompent office manager will claim there is issues in the apt. Mean while its the nomarl wear and tear, which they don't fix. Lake view will submit a claim to the bond company then the bond company will sue you. Your credit will be ruined. After leaving found out that they put on his rental credit $6000 was owed from clean up damage and owed rent the lease specifically states to give 3 months notice of move out we gave Mirelys over 5 months notice. These people have done this to so many that have moved its disgusting what they do.

I schedule a viewing to see one on there town houses, after waiting 15 minutes after our set time…read morewhile calling multiple times and getting no answer I get a call stating the lady who was supposed to come show me the apartment forgot even though I talked to her earlier that same day & they were sending a maintenance guy out. He came I saw the apartment which to my surprise was very nice! After I'm done viewing it I was told to call the office for more details, no one from management ever came to speak to me. I then tried called multiple times that same day and no answer left 3 voice messages, heard back the next day. That's when the lady named Mirelys send me and application but never answered any of my questions all she said on the phone was fill out the application and coke in with a money order for of 100 in my case (two adults) for the application fee and we would talk then. After reading about all the requirements for approval I thought I might me like 200 dollars short on the income requirement for the 3bed so I called because I wanted to see if I could instead view a 2bed and apply for that one. I tried calling for an additional 2 days until I finally heard back and it's not that they called it's that they answered when I called in. I spoke again with Mirelys and explained the situation she was very nice this time and asked me to send her my most recent paystubs to verify my income and said I might qualify because I only had to make 2.5 times the rent not 3.5 times it. I send her the emails on Thursday of last week and haven't heard back from her till today Tuesday even though I had been calling and emailing her to receive some feedback as she said she would get back to me that same day. She didn't answer today because she was on the phone and instead of calling me back when she was done she asked the receptionist to let me know I don't qualify because they changed the policy again and it's now up to 3.5 time rent for income in order to qualify!! Needed to vent this was an awful experience I have the money to move-in I am a hard working father and husband my wife is two weeks out from finishing her internship and starting her job at Connecticut Children as a Medical Assistant in the Nicu we told them this and that are income would increase by about 2500 to 3000 a month. I feel the whole back and forth, misinformation and the ghosting was unnecessary we're grown adults and professional let's act as such. If we didn't qualify and you were well aware of it and weren't willing to do anything to help us out just simply say that and we would move on to the next apartment but don't waste my time. Very unprofessional!! On the plus side the townhouse are beautiful but for the area there in they are a bit overpriced. Hope this helps other renters and help the management get better at dealing with potential clients with more respect and professionalism

This is the first time in my whole bidding and buying experience that I purchased the item, paid…read morefor it, drove 2 hours to pick it up and returned empty handed. I was 5 min late, lost in the woods without connection. I arrived to the location the Seller was gone. I called him immediately. Long talk about my fault of being late, asking for 30 dollars to come back and give me my item. I was really 5 minutes late. I asked for money refund. It was a NO. My advice if you want to work with this company: 1. Read the small print 2. Leave early not to be late 3. If anything happens be ready to pay a big premium or lose your time and money. This Company will not do anything for YOU. They are in it for themselves. Your problems-your loss. No help, no cooperation.
