A few places I reached out to told me "no" saying they don't do large outdoor assemblies. Luckily, I found Mike and he said he could take care of it. Mike was super communicative and quickly setup a time for him to come by and do the assembly. He quoted me a very reasonable hourly rate upfront. He was on time and very professional. He was able to fully unpack and assemble the unit in a few hours and it looks great! I never would've been able to do this on my own, so really appreciate how speedy and handy Mike was! Would absolutely hire again for any handyman jobs or other assembly needs!

Don't recommend using Ironhand for any electrical services, what a waste of money.

I was remiss that I didn't ask more questions while he was doing the work. I felt I was overcharged for the service so I called three times that week requesting a call from the manager or technician. I feel this company has very poor customer service and I do not recommend them. UPDATE: After posting the above negative review, the office called me to make this wrong right. Two delivery guys from New Century HVAC "Your Comfort is Our #1 Priority" (but not your safety) were attempting to deliver a large unit to the roof of our building. They used the front of our unit as a temporary staging area while fighting with a narrower-than-they-would-have-liked passageway. They would not say to whom. TOP SECRET! The building management company did not know, so New Century went through the lobby, did not cover the elevator and was about to take down the door, up an entire flight of stairs and then take out another door. Smart guys! Considerate guys! So very caring, courageous and ingenious. Disrespectful and outrageous. One can only imagine if they would damage anything along the way. They could not care less. Their doing, the homeowner's responsibility. One of the two actually said "we know 'tenants' like you. Are you the manager?" Do you treat tenants differently? Why are they nothing to you? I am just the caregiver / cleaning guy. But it matters not who is the person - to New Century all are just obstacles on the way. Remove the doors, push the person, do whatever, cut corners. Excellent service! Nastiness, not kindness. Disrespect instead of being grateful and proudly representing your employer. What a shame. If your company ever hoped to gain more clients, new ones, treating people like garbage is not the way to go. Possibly better training is needed; maybe just better manners.
